台东环市自行车道

沿者这条蜿蜒的铁马道 沿途的美景真是美不胜收！不同以往是像公园里已规划好的木栈道，而是沿者以前旧铁道改造的单车自行车道，所以沿途的景色也是有所不同，而是深入社区核心体会在地人文的艺文步道，这边不只是单车者的好所在，也是在地居民吃饱悠闲散散步或互相联络感情聊天的好地方！这里的美与人文特色 真的要自己来体会才能深刻感受 台东环市自行车道要带给您什么样的故事～

刚好带两位澳洲妈妈在东台湾单车旅行6天5夜，5/18旅程的最后一天早上，原本预计从台东铁道艺术村开始走台东环市自行车道前往台东车站，却碰上位在起点的铁道艺术村正在施工，因此往外多绕了一段路才接上台东环市自行车道。一上路后，在树林绿荫的木栈道上骑单车，不只远离了柏油路的车潮，沿途还能看到当地居民也在自行车道上慢慢骑单车或是旁边休憩，让人有更深入探索这城市的感觉。澳洲朋友们不只骑得非常开心，更忍不住赞美台东市非常美，可以说这条自行车道是台东的骄傲之一也不为过！尽管只走了一半，便绕出自行车道前往台东市，但期待下次能再回台东把这条环市自行车道全程骑完，饱览路途的山海风景^_^

((台东=骑脚踏车))，相信我这真是一件超舒服的事，不过您得要花点时间喔!!(因为车道粉长)台铁旧铁道的沿线绿意盎然，您可惊见在台东的运动人口竟如此之多，随着运动同好避开与汽车抢道，空气好到您会在每口呼吸间都会有所感受，来吧!!台东等这您及您的脚踏车~~

在台东骑自行车，真是一件超舒服的事，从台铁旧铁道出发，可以沿海滨骑，也可以沿山线骑，这次的时间不够，指骑一小段。但是自行车道规划得很好，不会跟汽车抢道，很安全。而且台东空气非常好，这里的人也很亲切，车子又少，在这里骑自行车真的非常自在。

As the name suggest, the cycling track will take you past the beautiful beach facing the pacific ocean, then towards the mountains (don't worry you're not going to ride up the mountains) where you will get to see farms and vegetable plantations. As the trail is 21km long, be sure to rent a comfortable bike for the 4-5 hour adventure (which includes many photo-taking and rest stops) on a leisurely pace.

I have cycled this 22km rail trail/bike trail several times in 2012 and 2014. It is an absolute pleasure to be able to leisurely ride a bicycle without having to deal with cars and motorbikes - and their awful fumes! The trail starts right behind Taitung's old train station. The first part of the route is on a pleasant wooden walkway/ boardwalk (partially shaded) and passes cafés and restaurants before heading out into open farm fields and the old sugar factory (now an aboriginal artist space). Once the wood path ends, asphalt streets/ pathways will take you the rest of the way. You will pass a large, professional baseball stadium (stop in for a couple of innings if there is a game) before heading along a series of canals and an interesting water park. The path continues along the river with excellent views of the Liji Badlands before following a most pleasant coastal road (the tri-color Pacific Ocean on your left is amazing) down to Forest Park (I highly recommend spending some time riding in the park), continuing down the coast before cutting into the center of Taitung City and back to the old train station. The route is mostly flat and underutilized. There are plenty of route markers along the way. Be sure to take water.

one of the highlights of Taitung - a leisurely 20km circuit around city. Separated cycle way through quiet residential parts, rice fields, irrigation canals, mountain vistas through to the serene Forest park( worth a detour) , and coastal park back into town. Well signposted ( in Chinese) and plenty of rest stops with scenics views

The 12 km route in Kuan Shan is the first scenic bicycle route in Taiwan. I am impressed how the local government planned and constructed the road back in several years ago for all who love to ride the bike in the country side. Start from the bike rental place, you will ride through rice fields, flower plantation, strawberry U-pick, chicken farm and up to mountain hills. There are only two places that you have to cross a light-traffic road. And the most pleasant part is that the route is constructed all the way by either a natural creek or a man-made stream. At the end of the route, you will enter into a park full of ponds. If you love the nature and the bike, you definitely need to try this.

This is the only place in Taiwan that I have cycled without being terrorized by reckless drivers. I cycled for over two hours without seeing a car, or even a scooter.Terrain is flat and unchallenging, but it's great here for a casual family leisure ride.Well done Taitung council!

在關山有那麼棒的自行車道真是太迷人了，騎車漫步在田野中感覺很棒，從頭到尾景緻各有不同，最終還能騎到親水公園。在途中會經過中繼站有廁所和觀景台，收費50元(可使用至親水公園內)，覺得相當合理，因為這車道維持得很棒。給予五顆星的評價。

森林公園や海岸線沿いに延びるサイクリングロードです。海に森にと自然豊かな台東の自然を感じながら走る事が出来、非常に気持ちがよいです。

recorrido muy faciles de hacer, en llano.Hay alquiler de bicicletas por varios sitios. Lo mejor es olvidarse del alquiler justo en la estacion de tren que es mas caro. Los sitios mas baratos estan pasando el tunel, justo antes de empezar la ruta (a 5-8 min andando desde la estacion de trenes).

台東市街から自転車で約１０分ほどの海岸沿い。海岸線なので風は強い時もあるが、風景はよく、海の香りもする。街中をサイクリングするのとは違いとても良い開放感を感じることが出来るだろう。
