This is a lake cum garden.Infact, this is garden which has a lake within.Must say that it is pretty well maintained. The lawns & the over all green cover is pretty impressive.One can do boating in the lake where only paddle boats are available.There is a nominal entry fee of Rs. 20 which is justified.However, the toilets needs to be cleaner & better maintained.

The garden is well maintained and quite big. Has a lake for boating and you can feed ducks, turtles in the lakes. Has a beautiful small garden in the middle of the lake and a larger one surrounding it. Worth the entrance fees charged

We had been to this serene garden.. The entry fee of ₹20 helps keep unwanted people awayThe lake garden is well maintained n is quite cool even on a hot sunny day. The well maintained lawns will attract any nature lover giving ample photo opportunities. The walking track make it an apt place for morning / evening walkPedal powered boats present one more way to entertain urself . One can plan visit to this garden n set aside 45-55 min for this gardenOn the flip side , they need to improve their toilets n sanitation facilities.

An average garden. I visited it in day time. The fee is nominal 20 per person to visit. The boating fee is ok, 90 Rs for 30 minutes. Though Life jackets are missing in the boats.

Nothing much, small museum with information and pictures of Tribes around Silvassa. Its free and in heart of city. Trip will take only 10-15 minutes

The garden is packed with cheap crowd in the evenings. I had a terrible experience here. The garden is beautiful but very difficult to maintain with the kind of crowd that visit this place. There are weird guys loitering around the place, few continuously clicking photos of strangers or capturing videos. There is wonderful lake surrounded by a walking lane. The lake has paddle boat ride. I couldn't even take that ride because of the cheap crowd who were recording other couples and families in the paddle boat rides from top of the bridges which are constructed for connecting a very beautiful garden to the walking lane. To conclude I will say it is a beautiful place ruined by the cheap public that comes to visit the place.

I dont wanna waste my time writing a review for this, but only for the sake of other travellers i think its worth it.I would just mention that this place is not to be visited for whatsover reasons.

The garden can be very well maintained. But it was highly unkempt with shrubs and grasses overgrowing at some places and at some places there was no grass at all.Despite the fact that they charge Rs. 20 per person, the value that this park offers is nill. They allow people to take the eatables inside and littering of the stuff is very prominent that adds on to the degradation of the park.

Good place to come with family for picnic and boating.... don't go during the day its way too hot.. i liked the little animal structures made arnd the park..

A well maintained garden. The boat ride is fun as you paddle through the lake. The boat ride is Rs. 90 for half an hour. We enjoyed going over the bridge and seeing the turtles, ducks and huge fishes in the lake. Go in the evenings as it is very hot inside

Nice garden for relaxing if you are staying in the vicinity or passing through Dadra. Located on Vapi - Silvassa road. Entry fee Rs 20/- for adult & Rs 10/- child. There is no shed inside the garden. Hence avoid going during day time.

i can not knock this place in any way it was clean quite .no litter nice plants n fun on the boating lake.the only thing that i think it lacks is a beer bar .

a comedy of errors ! The vanganga lake !! What Island garden ??? wish this is never promoted as a place to visit !! It has nOTHING to offer !

A worth visiting garden with paddle boat facility - it has free entry for the senior citizens. It has pathways to walk about the whole area and nice benches in between to relax.
