从远处，很难想像这样的地方可以有这么特殊的瀑布，很值得过来一看。瀑布周边规划有停车场、厕所，非常方便；不过由于停车场的动线设计未考虑双向来车的停车，因此出入时要注意双向之来车。

It's mentioned that this waterfall is one of the top 100 most beautiful in Japan. I have not seen that many to ascertain which is better or best...but I can say 1 thing - when visiting Shiretoko National Park in Eastern Hokkaido, there's no reason why this waterfall should be missed. There is no entrance fee, it is an easy relaxed 5-6 mins walk from the main road via nicely concrete steps...so why not? Even the route that you take along coastal route 334, facing the awesome Okhotsk Sea, will make viewing the waterfall experience all that more pleasant. And when combined with a gorgeous sunset by the bay, the memory is guaranteed to be super gorgeous. So when along route 334, do plan this 3 beautiful events on your schedule, you will not regret.

The drive to Shiretoko can be long so it is a welcome break to stop at these falls for a stretch break and easy hike to the falls. Facilities are available for those in need of a toilet.

Pretty set of waterfalls on the way in to Shiretoko.Walk is fairly steep, and loads of photographers trying to get you to have a commemorative photo (easily dodged), but a good place to stop and stretch your legs.

Beautiful falls. Easy to walk to and a nice quick view. There is parking so it is easy to make a stop close to these falls.

I took the Shari Bus A Course and it stops at this falls before going to the Utoro Bus Terminal.This is a fall that we do not need to walk to far too see it. It is just beside the main road. We can actually see it from the road if you drive pass.The Fall is high and wide enough to have the Great View and Sound of a FALL.Definitely should stop by on the way to Utoro.

Whilst driving along what is one of the most beautiful roads in Japan - in my humble opinion, make sure you make a stop at the Oshin Koshin Falls. It's a beautiful spot for pictures and the stairs take you pretty close to the falls itself. So close, you'll get a nice healthy spray of the fresh, chilly water. If you're very careful, you can cross the road and see where it goes out to sea. There's a shop that sells gifts, snacks and drinks. There's also a bathroom. It's only a short drive from the Shiretoko township.

A very short stop here to see the waterfall. Unlike others, this one fans out and make it look very pretty. For anyone new to Shari/Shiretoko and passing through this main route, its a 5-10 stop to view the waterfall. Just know its at Mapcode 894-727-228

the nice thing is you can get really close to these waterfalls and feel the energy close up. its a short hike up some steps. Quite lovely!

The Oshinkoshin Falls is one of the 100 most beautiful waterfalls in Japan, and I must say it really is a sight to behold! Comparing this to the Ryusei- and Ginga-no-Taki I reviewed earlier, this waterfall is more impressive in terms of water volume, and this waterfall is a lot closer to you as well. Ascending a flight of steps will lead you directly to the front of the waterfall, where you can get up close and personal and feel the cool droplets of water splashing onto you. The viewing area is always packed with numerous tourists trying to get their photos taken. And because the water splashes onto the viewing area, it gets slippery so do watch where you’re going! I was told by my tour guide that there wasn’t as much water cascading down on the day I visited; he said it would look a lot more impressive after a rainfall event. Oh well… This is one of the must-sees if you happen to be travelling towards the Shiretoko National Park! I mean, after driving all the way here, you might as well make the most of the journey! You can also find a rest stop a stone’s throw away from the falls, though it’s usually crowded with tourists as well. Nevertheless, with the Oshinkoshin Falls on one side and the Sea of Okhotsk on the other, it is definitely worth making this place a photo stop!

The water is quite chill even in summer time. Air is cool under shade, and air is fresh and sweet. Good leg stretch after long ride. The Sea of Okhotsk along the high way is stunning!

If you drive from Shari to Utoro in Shiretoko, you have to pass by this attraction. It is right alongside the road with ample parking. Why not? This place is not big like Niagara Falls of course but the good thing is that you can get very close to it. Another thing is that it is right by the sea. Many falls just flow into a river but this one goes straight to the sea.

今回は都合２回、この滝を見る。行きの路線バス、帰りの貸切タクシー。滝が滔々と流れていた。ちょっと高台である。ここから眺めるオホーツク海は”神渡”のように流氷が立っていた。

ライトアップしてあり、殆どの所が結氷、大変きれいでした。滝によってみることは出来ませんよ。車窓からでしたが、ガラス越しに見る景色のような、きれいな感じでした

冬のオシンコシンの滝、ウトロ（知床のホテル）に行く途中にあります。幅の広い滝ですが、雪と氷で埋まって、一部しか見えませんが、なかなか良いです。若干吹雪ぎみでしたがぁ…そして、遊歩道は半分雪に埋まっていましたよっ。滑らない靴で登ってねっ(笑)
