Nice beautiful place but it is so far however when you are already in the island you will forget the hassle of traveling there.

Sand quite white, serene, worth staying for an hour or less because not much shade and you will get roasted in hot sun.

Tiny white sand island with a patch of green coconut trees in the middle. A piece of paradise on earth with strong waves crashing onto the back side of the island (opposite the side where boats dock). Nothing compares to the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere with the clearest and best tropical view you can get.

Hagonoy Island is part of the Britania Group if island Island-Hopping Tour. It was said to be named after a fisherman from Hagonoy, Bulacan who decided to live there and was evicted by the local government because it was prohibited. But the weird thing was, they named the Island after that fisherman's place of origin. The remnants if this house are still in Hagonoy Island. There are no entrance fees in any of the islands but you have to pay an environmental fee which is very minimal considering the beauty of this place. Cleanliness is fast becoming a problem because of irresponsible tourists leaving trash on the island. The water is so clear and the sand is so fine. There is a part of the island where there are lots of jagged rocks too.

This lovely little untouched white sand island is classically beautiful and worth visiting as part of a P1200 island hopping tour from MacArthur's Place, San Agustin.It is sandy when in the water. I did not see any fish.Current was noticeable but nit dangerous. The island took 23 minutes to reach on a slow bangka.

Every year we go several times to Hagonoy Island. This was free some years ago, but now you have to pay to enter the Island and also for each boat and each table. Still a nice place where you can find a lot af starfish. There is also a possibility to overnight in the only house on the Island. Do'nt forget to bring everything with you (food, drinks, ....) because you can not buy it there.
