Fun day out of the city. However, things to know if going in the off-season (maybe true for summer, as well) The map of the park shows plans of the future, there are not actually many slides within the park. Of those available, no more than 3/4 were running at a time. Lack of staff and staff attention meant questionable safety. Food was horrible on many levels, waited 45 minutes in line to have food so terrible that we couldn't eat it. Plus, you cannot bring your own snacks or even water into the park. Note: I'm not a picky eater and normally focus on the good, but the food situation was inexcusable. On the positive side: Water parks are fun, and our family did enjoy an active day of slides and pool. It's worth a visit to do something different during the weekend, especially on days they offer %50 discount. I may go back, but I'll bring food to eat in their parking lot.

4 of us went. I was expecting the worst because of all the terrible reviews on TripAdvisor. However, it was a lot of fun. We took a bus from Santo Domingo at Parque Enriquillo. The bus was easy to find. RD$100 (US$2.50) per person and it stopped right in front. The entrance fee was only RD$550 (US$12) per adult and RD$423 ($10) for the boy (9 yrs). The food was not great but better than expected at a water park. Most of the people were friendly. I lost my glasses on a slide and an employee dove in and found em for me. And before that the guy at the top held the line after I went so I could search on my own. I waved after I was unsuccessful for a minute and he let the line continue. I also got cut on something and the nurse fixed me up nicely. The slides are a lot of fun. Big ones, small ones and weird/cool ones like a funnel and one where you go down and up and back down on a tube. We walked to the street and took a bus back. We only waited for 5 minutes. RD$60 ($1.50)per person for the return. Highly recommended! I will be going back.To sum up:-no aquatic shows and no animals (only a parrot in a cage) NO DOLPHINS-decent food -large, private, and clean changing rooms ; you need to pay a deposit for the lockers but you get a full refund. -bring towels

Great way to spend the day, lots of tubes and slides for all ages.Food plan is not that great, so plan on eating before or having a good breakfast and avoid the bufe.Bathrooms clean and big lockers and shower areas.

The park was supposed to open at 10:00 AM, we wait until 10:45 AM and nobody appears. They don't let you bring any kind of food to the park and they don't sell any food until 1:30 PM.The food is very expensive: US$1.00 for a small water bottle, US$2.00 for an orange juice. Some attractions were off.Bathrooms were closed.

We went to los delfines water & entertainment park with a lot of expectations. I will say the good things and the bad. The good things. Has nice water slides, nice kid area a lot of parking area, very big locker area. but i have to mention the have two packages one including food and the other not including food the great food ( Being sarcastic). its or rice and beans or a lonely hamburger with no interested or care that looks yummy for you. the difference it like 8 dollars between one or the other package. I was so mad because they have a great market they can sell pizza, hot dogs, nachos and other snacks that i will definitely pay for it. I just decide to left the park and eat out when we got out. also you cant find a decent area to seat to eat in the hamburger area because the sun its very hot and there no umbrellas and enough chair for all the customers. the water slides some of them need something a little mattress or something to slide in the water slide they were not enough so you have to be waiting for some one to drop one or give to you it can take you a while. the water its salty or something like the thing is that we all get sick because of the lack of hygiene in the pools and maintenance. i really will not come again and i don't recommend it. Also to who will think to put grass areas near the pool the result is a lot of grass in the pool more dirty for your kids to swallow when they swim in the dirty water. Lack of service, lack of personal. This place can get better what need is some management, supervision and maintenance.

Please don't be taken by these people at this park. First they will never resolve any issues, there is never management available for you to talk to-and when they say they will refund you, provide you with passes, or the manager will call you back...it never happens...You get a lot of run around. Yes the place looks really nice BUT it is expensive like you will not believe. There is also a few reviews on here about this place saying that they swam with Dolphins...this is a bold face LIE...I just went there June 2014 and there were no dolphins...I believe they advertise it but there were none in June 2013 and none in June of 2014. So please don't be taken by these false reviews who I believe are the people at the park completing those reviews because they have been getting such bad reviews. Im telling you we were treated so poorly when we went...they had what I would consider a prison line along with prison food. I have been to many places to eat but this by far was the worst food and treatment. I was disappointed because being that it is in Juan Dolio one would expect a good cooked meal not what they were attempting to serve. The worker serving the food was so miserable..wait...let me begin with the cashier...you go to the cashier so that you can go in the prison line to get your food...she looked like it hurt her to smile or greet which she did not do by the way, then we finally got where they have the food in so called warmers (the food was cold) and it was something out of a prison movie no lie...they slopped the food down on your tray...no smiles...no eye contact...and you only received 1 spoon fool of what ever they were serving. I was actually served the bone of the chicken because there was no meat on it. I could not even eat the food. Then they would not give you refills on drinks (fruit punch) This is sad because it is an attraction in Juan Dolio but they have ABSOLUTELY no sense of customer service. They are basically just providing jobs to some locals and I do not think the business is doing that well as it is never crowded at all (guess that was a positive for us). SERIOUSLY if you are in the area and are looking for a pool setting and the extra are the slides you can go...BUT I would suggest eating before you go or after. Oh...and yes they do have life guards BUT every second of the time you are there the lifeguard is blowing on his whistle which after a while becomes sooooo annoying. I point this out because when you are on vacation you are looking for: Great or close to Great customer service, peace and quiet, cleanliness, good food and to experience a very good time so that you can at least have something to talk about. NOT here I would suggest just finding a beach and bring a picnic...BUT if you can tolerate all of this and spend a fortune just to get in then more power to you...Hope this is helpful. DO NOT be taken in though...This is an honest review of my own personal experience 2X's with this park...to date I have not heard from any management regarding my complaint I submitted while I was there. There will not be a third visit or incident!

great day for all... $1300 pesos.... good value... enjoy it... it was clean and the rides were great. the drinks are typical for a place like this... but they offer a lunch package and a wide variety of food and drinks... really worth the price overall

Recently I visited this place and it was a great experience for me and my family. We enjoyed a lot with all the water attractions . There are great toboggan and many others water atractions. There is a huge swimming pool and a dedicated area for kids. This is a very secure place and it's so beautiful too. It is located very close to some important beaches like: Guayacanes, Juan Dolio and Boca Chica. It is very close to the " Las Americas International Airport". The only thing that avoided me rating this place as excellent is the artificial waves pool which should be working most of the daytime but it's not. Definitely it is a great place to visit and enjoy at.

I bought a ticket 40% off the real price. I went with a friend. The attraction are nice, but half of then was close, because the special price and because it was just 80 people that day. The open it for 20 minute some of then But the wave pool was close all the time! And the people how have to put it on doesn't want to do it! So some of the people that was there call Los delfines costumer service and after that they send a new personal to open it. The wave pool is the best! And the swimming pool is really big and beautiful. All the lifeguards help you in all the attraction! They are really nice! The food: I don't like it! They serve a buffet with beans and rice. And if you don't want that, they give you the option to take a snack: witch is a littler hamburger or slide of pizza. I just drive 5 minute away an went to an Italian restaurant in Juandolio "El Sueño". And came back to the park after eating something that I like. The price for the park is 2,000 Dominican pesos, that is almost 50$ American dollar. That price include the lunch. But inside the park you have to spend more money:1. For the lockers you have to make a deposit of $12 dollars and they give you the key. After you use it. The park return you $7.52. Is you need a towel the park give you one for $12 in deposit. After you return it the give you back $7.53. You have to have a bracelet first, to get the towel and the locker. You get it for $12 dollars. And after you return it the give you back all the amount of it $12. 4. If you want to buy drinks you have to recharge your bracelet. Inside the park you can not pay anything! Everything is with the money you put in your bracelet. After all this info: the park is nice! Not far from the capital santo Domingo. And if you have a special price like me, you can come every time you want. But if you pay the regular price: it's expensive for what you get!

Lets start by saying that I am not a water park type of person. Why would you open without having the name/main attraction present idk. Overall I did enjoy myself here. There was enough slides here for me to spend a whole day. We hardly ever had to wait in a long line to go down the slides and everyone was friendly. Music was very good and the food was decent. From what I heard this park is pricier than most water parks in the area and I completely understand due to it just being slides and 1 large pool. I do have to add that the bathroom/locker facilities were very clean. Not sure if I would come back but it was definitely a fun experience.

AVOID THIS PLACE! GO TO AGORA MALL IN SANTO DOMINGO!My family and I went to this park in April. I wanted the kids to see the dolphins or the sea lions. Neither of those are there although Dolphins is the name of the park and sea lions are listed as part of the attraction. Staff are not properly trained. They ignore the guests and seem irritated when you have a question. There is a fee to use the lockers. The food is stale and the variety is very small. I expect the snacks and drinks to be a little more expensive in the park, but it was ridiculous. Out of the park water is RD$25, in the park it's inflated to RD$200. I find that absurd. I didn't like that park but my 3 little kids did not observe what I did and they liked the park. Therefore , I asked about the annual pass that was constantly being advertised, an employee told me that pass was sold out, even though it was still being advertised over the PA system. I do not recommend this park, instead go to Agora Mall in Santo Domingo and there is an indoor amusement park with many types of rides for the kids and adults with much much better options for food (Nathans, Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, Chinese, and many more), and it cost much less.

Slides were good, food ok, but the service was terrible. We spent like 45 min on the line to buy tickets, 2 hours in the line for food, and 30 min in line to recharge the bracelet... And is not like there was a lot o people. The mess was huge, logistic for everything is terrible. And prices for food and beverages are to high. We won't be back and heard a lot of people saying the same.

My niece Yosairis and her husband Ryan Alcala decided to spend 3 weeks vacation at Casa de Campo during Christmas 2013. They have 5 kids (8-6-3 and 6 months old twin girls) and they all enjoyed their visit to Los Delfines Park.

I visited with 3 children 1 week ago and had the worst experience I've ever had in a water park. we arrived at about 11 am and 90 % of the water rides had not been turned on. I approached the greeter and management several times and was told they would be turned on shortly (mind you the park was scheduled to open at 8 am). When my girls attempted to go in the pool they were taken out because they were being cleaned. Some of the slides were turned on by 1 pm and the wave pool was never turned on that day. As per management since the park was nearly empty they were waiting to get more people in which never happened. It is expensive and disorganized even when ordering food. Employees need to be properly trained, specially in customer service. WOULD NOT VISIT THIS PARK EVER AGAIN!!!!!
