    可以深入雨林的单程30分钟布道,非下雨时间很好走,也没有太多起伏,走完不累,可以仔细观察两边植被变化,和辨别隐藏的动物

The green trail is just awful, this one is slightly better, but is not fun at all. This trail just sucks like so much like ya.

We hiked this on a Sunday. It was very crowded. We got behind a group of 20 that was lead by 3 children. They were SLOW!!!! It's a narrow path, we finally passed them, they we enjoyed the hike immensely. The waterfall was fun and our kids loved swimming in the cold water. The hike back was quick and Uneventful!

The climb up this trail is a great way to end. The silence, sounds and movement in this part of the forest is spectacular and peaceful. Go early on a weekday morning to avoid the noise of teenagers unaware of the quiet that is needed in this experience.

Easy hike through beautiful rainforest on a well maintained trail. This trail leads to the falls and where you can swim as well as take an alternate trail back.

This portion of the trail into the falls is very steep, regardless of which way you are going....but worth the hike!!

It was a big group of us and we managed the trail quite nicely, most not being hiking types and the best part was the dip at La Mina falls! Worth the hike in nice weather.

Paved the entire way - stairs, hills - up and down - will give you a good work out but the Water Fall at the end is well worth the hike.

paved trail, moderate climbs, interesting fauna, great falls at the end. Take a few minutes to read the informational signage when climbing back up to the parking lot. Not only do you get a little break along the trail but it makes the return hike seem MUCH shorter. And you will learn about the ecology of this very interesting and different rainforest

Luckily our tour bus was able to pick us up at big tree trail head, so we didn't need to walk back to bus. If you want both trails....go down la Mina and up big tree!

I talked to a lot of people who were concerned with hiking this trail on the way up and back. It is really short and worth the time to go and see the waterfall. Go swim in the pools below the waterfall but be careful if is slippery.

Even though this is very touisty, I was hoping that the trails would be more natural. The entire trail was concrete even very steep ramps, and there were even a few stairs scattered throughout the trail. Very narrow, some places only wide enough for a single person. Nicely kept and railings provided at steep banks and along certain portions of steep ramps.

The path was quite treacherous. In many locations, there was a steep drop off and no rail. When people come from the opposite direction, ensure that you're in a safe place before proceeding (it's rather narrow). I'm not, by any means, overweight. But it took a long time to hike the trail. Regardless, the temperature was cool, and interesting informational signs were posted along the path.

Very easy 90 minute hike on concrete walkway. Consider taking the Rivertrail back but then it will be necessary to hitchhike back to your car. It's more scenic but slightly steeper.

This is the first trail you come to that leads to La Mina Falls. It's a well traveled trail so it's very open. It is a bit narrow here and there but nothing to bad. Always a good idea to carry a bottle of water each as the hike is a bit strenuous. Your always in the shady, humid jungle so unless you plan to hang in the sun at the falls, sunscreen not needed. Look carefully for a few really cool photo spots for your group or even a selfie that could be photo bombed by one of the many lizards you can see if you look.
