We have been going to this shop for over thirty years. Raj and his family have always treated us like family. I have bought many beautiful pieces of jewelry that I still treasure today. My sister has designed many rings with Raj that were appraised at far higher value in the states.I have sent many, many people to the shop and they have all been just as happy as I have been. We have had a stone fall out and they stand behind their merchandise! Always! I highly recommend Jeweles Forever!

I have been shopping at Jewels Forever for several years now and have had only one issue with a ring I bought for my wife. About a month after wearing the ring my wife noticed that one of the stones had fallen out. I contacted Raj/Dan and they told me that since my neighbor would be visiting St. Thomas to have them bring the ring back so they could replace the stone. Several months later either the same stone or another one fell out. I contacted them and told them I was not happy and wanted to return the ring. He told me to hang onto the ring and that he would order a NEW one to replace the one I had. Once we received the NEW ring we returned the original one. Here we are 7 years later and have not had any issues with the ring. They STAND behind their business and I would recommend them to anybody looking for jewelry. David K

My husband and I were introduced to Jewels Forever by acquaintances in Charleston. Given the mass of jewelers in STT, we used it as a point of reference. After that we would make our own determination. That was 7 years ago and to this day, whenever we are serious about a purchase of quality and great price, they are who we turn to. We have good relationships developed with businesses in Charleston but we have yet to get the value for the price. Everything we've purchased from JF has been appraised by one individual in CHS that we've used for the past 15yrs, and is very sought after, even since her retirement. I request a true worth value vs. replacement value and EVERY time, it's come in well over what we paid and every bit the quality it was sold to us as. Their workmanship is of very fine quality, no sales pressure, and some unusual pieces that you can't find everywhere. The inventory is very select which is what the discriminating buyer looks for.

We have bought a high $$ of jewelry over the years, since 1993. We wouldn't go anywhere else. They have become very good friends.

When on vacation in St. Thomas, my wife and I purchased an Alexandrite ring with diamonds at Jewels Forever. We had visited all the other jewelry stores and had decided that the one at Jewels Forever was the best value. We only had 1 hour to flight time and Don (owner of Jewels Forever) arranged for ring sizing and delivery to us at airport check-in. The next day we called Don from home with a concern about the ring and from that moment on, Don displayed the customer focus and care that demonstrated real sincerity and passion to "get the ring on my wife's finger that would make her happy"!! He sent FedX pickup for ring return and then actually redesigned the setting for the Alexandrite stone and diamonds that look beautiful and then FedX'd the ring back to us in Virginia - all at no charge. My wife is ecstatic and loves the ring. We will return to do more business with Don as we go to St. John every couple of years (my wife and I were married on Hawksnest Beach there) and we will definitely recommend this store (Don in particular) to our friends.

I visited this store with a dear girlfriend who spends lots of time in St. Thomas. I have been researching emeralds for some time and know how to use a jewelers loop to examine stones. After visiting a number of other jewelry stores in St. Thomas, we returned to Jewels Forever. It is a family owned and run business and working with Dharshan (Don) Nagrani is an absolute pleasure. He buys the stones for the business, is extremely knowledgeable about the origin of emeralds and will work within whatever your budget is. There was no pressure--in fact, he encouraged me to look around--and when I thought I found something elsewhere I liked, he was willing to go with me to assess the quality and origin of the emerald. I adore the stone I purchased there which he removed from one setting (I don't like diamonds) and had on-site jewelers re-set for me in a beautiful contemporary simple ring. The total experience was very positive--quite wonderful. And yes, I bought more than just my emerald ring (a surprise for my husband)!

my wife and i have been coming to this family owed and run jewelry store for past 3 years straight. we fly in from florida and trade up every year. they have the best prices on strip since they buy rough and have their own cutters and factory that manufactures the jewelry and are not consignment. 30 years in business and actually have vaulted huge pieces they will loan out to others on strip as the whole sailer.

My husband and i went to this jewelry store a week ago because it was recommended by one of our close friends. The store itself was a good looking store however we felt so much pressure from a staff member that wasn't even working with us. A gentlemen was trying to help us out but we did not ask him his name. He was a very well mannered man and we would have bought from him but an older lady a little heavy set was standing behind him talking in another language. It was a very uncomfortable feeling especially when your wanting to purchase something but feel as though people our desperately trying to make a sale. This gentleman was so nice and kind that he went to another one of his stores to get what we asked for and came back as the older lady said to him "what took you so long?". The man was only gone for 5 minutes and ran back in to show up what he had gotten. This is what drove us away because we felt that the the lady was rude to her staff and we did not feel good to spend money with people like that. My husband and i felt so bad because we wanted to make a sale with this person but we were just not comfortable. That lady needs to go. So rude. I will definitely not go back to this store because of her rudeness

My first time in the store, They were recommended by a friend. My husband and I were not disappointed. Amar was wonderful to work with. They design jewelry. I did a trade in and up great. They had to cut my ring to get it off my finger. (This was no problem) They were very accommodating. Amar help me pick out the perfect ring (blue diamond with two half moon white diamonds) This was a ring that Amar design for me. I very happy with my purchase. I would send everyone i know their. Good deals and had a pleasant visit meeting good people.

This was our first time shopping at Jewels Forever. It was a great experience. Not only were the prices reasonable, there was no pressure for us to buy. We actually went to lunch and talked about our choices and came back about an hour later to make our purchase. Our salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and provided feedback on our choices. Would definitely shop there again.

I have been shopping at Jewels Forever for 10+ years and bought more jewelry than I care to admit. Everything I have purchase I have had appraised in the US and everything is valued at at least 40% more. They have truly unique pieces that I always get compliments on wherever I go. I have had an occasional small stone fall out or clasp break and they are always gracious in fixing it, no questions asked. If you are looking for a great deal and really nice people to work with...Don, Raj, Supna, Amar and the rest of the family are wonderful people to work with!!!

I visited in 2011 bought a pair of .89 carat diamond studs, that I loved. Went back this past May, on the 17th I bought a pair of 1.15 carat diamond studs from Amar for my bottom holes ( I have 4 on my left and 2 on my right), I loved them and knew they were better quality than the ones I bought in 2011 (had a little more to spend this year) When I returned from the BVI's on the 27th I made a bee line back to him to trade in my .89 studs to match the new ones. Amar was there and remembered me, I told him what I was looking for and what I had to spend including my trade (they give you at least what you originally paid if not more), ended up with 2 more pairs one set .99 and one set .25 carats. I finally have matching diamond studs that are beautiful. Amar is great, I received my appraisal letter for one of my purchases, I emailed him that I didn't get the other appraisal, he replied the same day I got my apprasial within a few days. Amar also went out of his way to find what I was looking for(he had to run down to their other shop to get a smaller pair that was in my budget) He could have said sorry but no, he ran down the street in his suit in the blistering heat to get what I wanted. Can't say anything bad about Jewels Forever. I enjoy getting my Christmas Card every year too. Thanks so much Amar..Tricia(your Virginia Beach girl)

My husband bought me a diamond ( one carat) from Raj and family 20 years ago. It has turned yellow over the years. Would never have bought a diamond this yellow. It was white when we bought it!!!Bought a quad cluster ring from Raj a few years ago. The diamonds have turned yellow!!!! Many years ago I bought small diamond earrings for our daughter from Raj. These diamonds have turned yellow. Needless to say, I am not wearing these diamonds anymore. We visited Raj in 2010 and showed him my diamonds that have turned yellow and he was only interested in selling me new diamonds. We would never buy another diamond from him!!! Isn't it strange that the three purchases we have made from him have all yellowed over the years!!!

we went here after we had left another store that gave us nasty coffee. the people here were very nice and friendly. there is a guy named mark who talked in a weird voice but we went to sally and a lady who they called auntie and they were very nice. best of all they asked us if we wanted a drink and we asked for coffee. the coffee they had was very good. we spent about 2500 dollars here and feel like we got a very good deal.

We were back there for our third time in April and had a lovely visit and experience with Amar! Finally got to meet Raj after hearing so many good things. Shopping with Amar is always a pleasure and he's able to identify my preferences - not letting me leave until I'm completely happy with my purchase. This is a wonderful family business and we're always made to feel right at home and wouldn't think of purchasing jewelry anywhere else. See you again next year Amar!
