gay lea dairy heritage museum

I well remember when my dad delivered milk by horse and wagon for Silverwoods dairy a very long time ago. I used to ride with him on the wagon and enjoyed eating ice cream in little Dixie Cups with a little flat wooden spoon. This museum sure brought back all these memories and more. What a wonderful experience.

I arrive on a fun day which had various activities outside.The museum was very crowded with exhibits which tried to use quantity rather the quality. Instead of a pile of separators etc it would be better to place one or two with more information as to the functions etc. There was too much which detracted from the exhibitsUnlike the other museums I visited in this area, which were free, they charged a $5 fee which was not totally justified.
