ski-mazing water sports

We had a great experience the staff was very pleasant, they cared for our safety and comfort. They told us exactly what to do and what to expect. The ride was smooth and there were beautiful views.

The highlight of our trip to the Haliburton, Ontario area. They run out of a trailer on the beach of the Bonnie View Inn on Lake Kashagawigamog (I’ve heard the local police have drivers say this name in their sobriety tests). The Inn/SkiMazing is located just down the road from where we stayed at the Halimar resort (see my review). My two boys + one british friend we treated tried one round of the water ski lessons/rides and one banana boat ride – total cost $165 Canadian. They had a blast. We only stayed in the area for a night and then did Niagara Falls so we didn’t get to go back. In retrospect, we would have had a better time just staying at the lake and doing the watersports. Also in retrospect, if we’d known about the Bonnie View Inn as well, we probably would have taken a hard look at staying there just for the convenience of being right where the water sports were based. The young folks running SkiMazing the day we were there were super and very safety conscious, which I appreciated. They have a website with details and prices at www.skiwakefootschool.com.
