This is one of the top courses in the Niagara area. You will not be disappointed. Worth the drive west from Niagara Falls or south from St. Catharines.

Golfed at Penn Lakes Sunday, July 27th. Amazing course, great staff, nice restaurant. If we lived closer we would be members.

I like this course and how it forces alot of shots to be hit. The course plays average length so you don;t have to be long hitter to score here. Course conditions are usually good and greens fees very reasonable. Take care at every hole as many require the right distance as opposed to just blasting away.

We decided to have an overnighter in St. Catharines so we could relax and try out two local golf courses. One of them was Peninsula Lakes. While it was still relatively early in the spring, after a very harsh winter, the course seemed to be in great shape. There had been quite a rainfall the day before, but the course drains pretty well, and there were only a couple of squishy spots. There weren't too many on the course even though it was a Saturday - the foursome in front were slow, but not uncomfortably so. The greens fared quite well over the harsh winter, the fairways were lush, and the rough was well maintained. For my first round of the 2014 season, it was really quite nice. I really enjoyed the course, and will be back if time allows this summer.

27 holes and people tend to favour their own 18 mix. I think they are all great. Multipack and specials help with the price. Need to drop the green fees $10 pp to make it just right and I would go more.

This course is 30 minutes from Niagara Falls but worth the drive. I rate it one of the two best in the Falls area. There are 27 holes, each a bit different. Course always in top condition & service is excellent with cart girl service while playing. Club house is top notch & food is excellent although a bit pricey.
