My husband and I had a wonderful and educational tour today. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and personable! The wines we sampled were robust, destinct and a pleasure to learn how they were crafted ...and of course to taste! Lena was friendly, informative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will return with friends!

Being real lovers of wine and regular visitors to the Niagara Wine region, we stopped into this winery on our way to London. It is really out of the way, but good signage makes it easy to find The winery is very pretty and has a small seating area in the back where you can buy a glass of wine or a bottle ($3 corking fee imposed). Unfortunately the area is dark with only aging picnic tables to sit on. It is also overgrown with too much vineage. The staff are very friendly and helpful with the tastings. Unfortunately the wines themselves are far from great. But, any wine is better than none at all.

This is our 2nd review of this place and the reason is because yesterday we went to one of their " special events " which was held in a beautiful area behind the winery ; It was a Caribbean Fiesta with fabulous entertainment !!! This event was very well organized and you are able to take your own food ; there was also food available for sale . Wine , beer and coolers were available for sale as well . The winery has a lovely dance floor and a large tent to sit under for shade ; bathroom facilities were quite adequate as well . Everybody was really having a great time and the dance floor was always full . We will certainly return for other events in the future , as well as going back for their wonderful wines . Just recently they have occupied a spot at our Sarnia's Farmer's Market which is really a plus for us !!!We definitely recommend this winery .

I got this as part of a Groupon special with a trip to a local brewery as well. We have enjoyed going to several other wineries so we figured we would give this one a try as well since it was local. The outside looks beautiful and they have a nice little waterfall. Location is well marked, and in a nice quiet little area. The store itself was well maintained, and organized. You walk in and the front desk for tours is right at the front door. Things are very easy to find and they have a good selection and variety.Service was good, and our tour guide Jamie was tremendous. He is very knowledgeable and did the tour free-style. It ran significantly longer then I think it normally is supposed to as we asked lots of questions and he can talk a lot. We unfortunately we on a bit of a tight time schedule, so we were unable to try any of the other wines after the actual samples of the tour because we were on our way to the brewery.I can't really comment on the overall value as we got a free $20 corkscrew (although I would say it was really work $4.95) and a $5 of coupon if used on the day of the tour. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend it though even if you had not puchased a Groupon. One of the things I really enjoyed about this tour, was that it had more to do with the outside and grape growing then the interior which is common with most tours. Not a lot of time was spent on the fermentation and other processes which was refreshing. They did show us the barrels and explained the differences in processes and toasting, and how many uses you get out of them. I would recommend at least 1 to 2 hours for the tour, tasting, and browsing around the shop. I especially like the Vidal, which they say is their bread and butter and I can certainly see why.

Quai du vin is a great little winery with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would urge anyone looking for a little adventure to check out this little gem in St. Thomas, you won't be disappointed! Plus, they have great wine and large selection, so you're bound to find something you like!

Since discovering this place , we've been back several times ; It's about an hour and ten minutes from Sarnia but it's worth the trip ! ' Lovely setting and atmosphere ; The wines are great and not overly expensive . They sell a variety of Jams and wine related souvenirs . The staff are friendly and helpful . It's a great day trip for us . I especially like the Vidals and Rieslings ... very pleasant !!! We will definitely be returning .
