Autism Ontario Simcoe Chapter plans a summer event here on an annual basis. Staff is polite, friendly and make the families feel welcome. With on site mini-putt, batting cages, ice cream and other snacks it is a great way to spend a couple of hours. Lots of double carts for those with little ones so no long waits. We had I've 100 people use the facility one morning and everyone enjoyed the experience!

Great to hear family, friends & yourself had such a great experience at Wasaga 500! Sounds like everybody had fun & a few laughs! We try to make it a fun, safe & exciting place to visit. Positive feedback from groups as yourselves means a lot to the owners, management & staff. We are constantly doing small upgrades to the park to make it even a better place to visit! For example, for next season all our single Wildcat go-karts get brand new engines to start the season off. Hope to see you guys again next season......thanks again for the wonderful review!

Liked the activities - go-karts, baseball nets and two mini golf courses.Disliked, not a lot, was 13km out of town but on a straight road so easy to find.

I do not agree with your review go-karting at WASAGA 500 is not expensive at all compared to other tracks throughout Ontario actually when you buy the 7laps/$30 which works out to $4.28/mile or 1.6km we are 30% cheaper then any other tracks. If u take the time & do the math you will draw the same conclusion, not to mention we have the longest track & the fastest karts reaching a gps verified speed of 26mph/42kph. Hst is also included in all pricing where at many similar venues it is extra. 7 laps will take on average about 20-25 minutes to complete. So as you can see the value is there but the smaller tracks are definitely charging more money for less of a ride. Thank you for the interesting review.

Took family that was visiting over-they loved it . The little one loved it. The cost very reasonable.

A good long track, clean helmets and helpful staff. We had a great time. We bought the package that was on sale and were able to split it between 4 people.

Hello my name is Michael Croll I 'm the general manager at wasaga 500 I operate it for my parents who r the owners I'm 47 yrs old worked here for 35. Thank you for the review! Just so u know we r the best value in Ontario for go-karting without a doubt! When u by the 7laps/$30 it works out to $4.28 for 1.6km of go-karting which is the cheapest go-karting in Ontario by at least 30%! I challenge u to do the math vs competing tracks n u will see........therefore ur review is somewhat inaccurate. Not to mention the gps verified top speed of 26mph/42kph, great cond of karts, length of track & brand new karting helmets which u did mention we real have no competition. The batting cages r state of the art for this area and the mini-golf though a little dated is well maintained n is actually quite challenging not to mention a super value at $7. Remember all our pricing includes HST unlike other parks........have a great day!

First rate track, new clean helmets, helpful staff, the other drivers were considerate. Drove with my daughter and the staff helped us get settled safely. slightly weird ticket system -- have to give them a ticket as you drive past per lap

Yes I agree when u where here last the prices where a little expensive n we have responded to that.......new pricing so u know;go-karts - 7laps/$30 works out to $4.28/lap which is equal to 1.6km /one mile of go-karting.....now Ontario's best go-karting value without a doubt! If u do the math vs other tracks u will c we r approx 30% less so the value is there hst included in all pricing! Single laps r now $6 each instead of $7........18 holes mini putt is now $7 instead of $8.........choose from two separate courses.......batting cages r now $4/20 pitches instead of $4.50........Thanks for the review hope to c u again sometime soon!

Wow! I have to say I don't agree with u review. I c u have posted many other negative reviews on tripadviser n not alot of positive ones. Our go-karts r in great cond, reach a gps verified top speed of 26mph/42kph on one of the longest go-kart tracks in the world. We have adjusted our pricing n now r pleased to say we r Ontario's best go-karting value without a doubt!new pricing - go-karts 7 laps/$30 which works out to $4.28/lap for one mile/1.6km of karting 30% less then our closest competitors so the value is there for sure. Old pricing 5laps/$28 ($5.60) yes too expensive....... Single laps r $6 each instead of $7.......mini-putt is now $7 instead of $8......batting cage $4/token instead $4.50...........I apoligize for the bad experience u had with our staff we hired 20 new kids this yr n it has been a challenge to say the least! They have much improved since the spring n many visitors compliment the service they get......Anyhow hope u try us again sometime soon n ur experience is better!

We have been bringing our kids and friends to this track for years. It is fun to race the kids or your buddy. I've never had a dud kart. We buy a few laps each and find that that is good for us. The track seems so long. It is an activity that any age can do as they have the karts that seat two so your kid can ride along with you. It has always been a summer must-do for our family.

We r not a rip off in fact we r Ontario's best go-karting value if u buy the $7laps/$30 which works out to $4.28/lap for one mile/1.6km of karting 30% cheaper then our closest competition if u do the math u will see! sorry to hear ur daughter did not have a good experience n was having trouble with the ride the karts top out at a gps verified 26mph/42kph n sometimes the karts r alot to hang onto......as far as our "track jockeys" being rude that could have happen unfortunately our younger generation sometimes do not show alot of respect but we continuiously monitor our staff but I'm sure the odd situation slip though........anyhow hope u will try us again one day!
