I actually thought this was a great course. Challenging, and very spread out over a large distance. The holes were tough but not too tough. The course was maintained well and had unique characteristics about it that you do not see at other courses. It is not a begginer nor advanced course. I would think somewhere in between. Yes the club house was closed early on the weekend, which was annoying if after 9 you wanted a meal or drink other than vending machines. But the price is fair and the course is nice. If you want country club feel go somewhere else. If you want a good course to play and enjoy the day, this course will do.4/5!

Wasaga Sand so truly a golfing experience., not to tough to discourage novice golfs and challenging enough to bring good golfers back. The valley part of the course is beautiful winding through nature and part of the Natawasaga River. A few years back on the 17th hole which is a par 3, 175 yards. The tee box was nestled back through a tree lined chute, I used a five wood off the tee my ball landed 30" away from the flag and dropped for my first and only HOLE IN ONE. Ironically it happened on Father's Day when is was golfing with my neighbor and his two boys.It was also the only course that allowed young teenagers to play.

My wife and I visited this course and came away shaking our heads. 4:45 on a Friday and the bar was closed, the kitchen was closed and the club house employee who was very nice was walking around with a paper coffee cup, talking to us as he spit his chewing tobacco in the cup the whole time we were there. The course looked to be well maintained and nearly empty.....geez I wonder why? The club house was very nice and had all kinds of possibilities but it's very obvious the owner who must have very deep pockets, is missing in action or just doesn't give a dam. What a shame as this is a beautiful location. The course is a little tricky to find but a few signs would easily take care of that. This course is worthy of so much more. What a shame!!

Great golf experience with the ladies! Forested, two creeks running through it, valleys--beautiful slice of nature to enjoy. Every hole poses a different level of challenge, scenery, wildlife but you will never forget the signature hole.

Husband had a great time here! He said he really liked the course and the price, had a heck of a time in the bar too

Nice little course - looking forward to playing it again. Well laid out. Not the longest fairways, but challenging enough to make you think about what club to use to get to the green in the least number of strokes.

It was fairly priced for the area and not a long drive from collingwood. The staff were pleasant and they gave us a $10 gift card for GolfTown

I enjoy any golf course but this was too pricey, very poor greens, no discount for seniors or juniors...Better off elsewhere.

Played here on a Thurs morning, bought a Golfnow coupon for $44 (was for walking), but adding a cart cost $18 more, total round costs over $62, a little much for the quality of course overall. The layout of the course was ok, good mix of both short and longer holes. The greens are mostly elevated, 17 is really elevated and is a blind approach shot. Front nine plays easier than back nine. Back nine has several doglegs and some blind shots that require local knowledge for improved scoring. Greens would hold solid struck irons, green speed was good, not too slow or fast. Course not too long from back tees, just over 6000 yards, 3 of the par 4's were strong at over 400 plus. Overall enjoyed the course and scored ok, but felt like it should have been $20-25 cheaper in cost.

Overpriced. Rude staff. No washrooms on course. No water or food service on course. Go anywhere else.

We found some tee-times at the last second that got us on the course... We were rushed in the clubhouse to get out on the 1st tee but there were barely any cars in the parking lot so there werent any times that followed us. Right from the 1st tee there are two holes side by side that we had no idea which fairway we were aiming for mostly because we didnt know where the fairway started as it blended in with the rough. The course was in Awful shape as their were holes and areas of dead land all over the place. I cannot believe they charge $70 to play something in God Awful shape. After 9 holes we proceeded to return to the clubhouse stating our displeasure with the condition of the golf course and we were met by the Rude Owner of the course stating he would not entertain the idea and claiming the course was in 'great' shape and the best in the area. Furthermore going out of this way to say they charge $70 based on the condition of the course and if it was in any better they would charge $100+. I guess indirectly he acknowledged the course was bad. He then tried to convince me; who is a clublink member that the President of Clublink is a close personal friend of his and who is also a partner believes this course is one of the best in the area !! Unfortunately no one by that name is even associated with Clublink from President to Janitor so the insecurities were piling up !The 'cafeteria' or 'clubhouse' looked like a hospital cafeteria with no floor just exposed concrete and furniture from 1978. Just an awful experience all around and I recommend this no one. You are better off waiting 7 hours to play 18 holes at Cranberry Resort then to waste $70 at this place that should be rezoned for Condominiums.

We decided to play this course this past weekend in a pinch when we couldn't find any other availabilities. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. First off, the price is outrageous for a course of this caliber. Now way should it cost $70 to play on that cow pasture. Secondly, the course was in TERRIBLE condition. The grass was far too long and it was difficult to tell where the rough ended and the fairway started. There were larges sections of dead or unmaintained grass as well. The "clubhouse" is atrocious, poorly maintained and awful facilities. On top of all of that the staff was incredibly rude. When we went to complain about the condition of the course they refused to provide a refund and at one point even swore at us. They refused to acknowledge the poor conditions and even were bold enough to tell us that they were one of the "top courses in the area". I will NEVER go back to this course and I advise everyone else to stay away as well. Just a disgrace.

A so so golf course. They trick it up to make it tough. A lot of elevated greens which tend to be firm and thick rough all around them. Beach area so quite expensive for the quality of the course. There again all courses in tourist areas are overpriced.

staff was rude. Grass was too long. Not well card for. only took cash at bar. reasonable course for intermediate golfer

Another golf course in the middle of a subdivision that gives a warm feeling a little more out in the open
