I stayed for a few days. Confortable pillows and matress, quiete, next to the golf course. There were a few things that did not bother me at all, but are worth noting for those who are interested: electric outlet for fridge and microwave oven was not operationnal, the room was a bit humid but was very confortable in all means. Fair price. I would return and recommand to others.

Lots of Vistas of the water. The course is well maintained, not busy. Reasonably priced. Friendly service.

Everything about the Osprey Shores experience was tremendous. Rooms were neat and we were well taken care of. Beautiful views of the bay from everywhere. A surprisingly fun and challenging 9 hole golf course. And a staff that couldn't seem to do enough for us!!! Thanks John and Bonnie for a spectacular and authentic East Coast experience!

It only has a couple of serious hills but it uses them well. Nice layout with a good selection of risk vs. reward holes. The course is always well groomed and the staff is always pleasant to deal with. A little clearing out of the woods surrounds the fairways on a few holes could help. Walking can be a demanding task for the elderly so a cart is recommended. I do enjoy playing this course, like I do most courses, but it can get a bit boring for a few holes.

What an absolutely beautiful, scenic 9 hole golf course. On paper it looks like a relatively straight forward course but in reality it is a very challenging and tricky course with lots of tough shots to make par.........sometimes it is even tougher when the foxes takes your ball! The scenery is breathtaking as the course is surrounded by water with some great tee shots to content with.........usually there is a breeze so the blackflies and musquitoes are minimal. There is a small motel connected with the golf course which is ideal for a great weekend or overnite golf get away.........resort might be embellishing it a little bit but the people make the difference as they are more than able to accomadate your requests to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

A beautiful setting, scenic and a great nine hole golf course for the avid golfer and the beginner, well equipped pro shop, price wise very good, great service and friendly employees who are from the area and well versed on everything going on , the local residents and events. also a motel and outdoor pool with nearby local attractions. I recommend this highly and if it were not for the rain I would have and could have played golf all day long.

Its a 9 hole course you play twice to make 18 holes...as I have read or heard people state "its a 18 hole course" - not. That aside - the views are spectacular! You are right on the water on a few holes. They have elevated greens, below the feet greens, par 5's to par 3's.Golf cart rentals are very nice also. Good club house with a great view of the course and the bay water surrounding the course as it is on a peninsula.Highly recommend this course. The course has always been in good shape and the views are second to none!I golf it every time I visit Guysborough.Dave Gosbee from Canton, Michigan USA
