Swingin' Scene, Daddy-O! Far Out, Man! Groovy!Ok... so this little shop doesn't look like much from the street. But inside it is pure Blast from the Past! What looks like a small store from the sidewalk view, opens to multiple rooms behind the store front, packed with goodies from the 40s to the 70s... and, Yes, two pinball machines that you can enjoy (there is no video game that will ever compete with an old school pinball machine! Tilt!). There's lots of Marilyn Monroe and Bettie Page, and even a sexy Brigitte Bardot picture. Wonderful Vintage Clothes, hats, shoes and handbags, some wonderful old vinyl (record albums/LPs for those who recall), some old car goodies, lunchboxes and TV show memorabilia from Star Trek to Happy Days, and lots of other random treats.Though I understand this shop is only a year old, it seems to be off to a great start. Pinball Alley is a family-owned and run store, with an owner who is passionate about having fun... and it shows! I was prepared to be unimpressed when I walked in... But this place Is a hoot! I will definitely be back when I am in the area to spend a bit more time.
