jubilee mountain apiary

happened to come upon this place as we were driving up the valley to invermere, from golden, along the Columbia valley wetlands. stopped in as I thought it was a grocery store. they had been doing renos and didn't have their sign back up yet. very fun! they've been making their own honey since 2004, so they sell many types of products using honey such as soap. a freezer filled with homemade pasta and locally raised meat. homemade honey black bean salsa to die for. many other items that i wished I had taken the time to look at. big, airy, bright heritage building. do stop and enjoy!
