really enjoyed my trip to this winery. the staff member that helped us with the wine was very funny and made our time in the winery very memorable. I will defiantly return to visit and buy some more of the wonderful wine that I tasted.

This beautiful winery is tucked away and easy to miss. Definitely worth searching for! The hostess was personable and charming, her presentation entertaining and engaging. This was my third visit in 12 months and it was as much fun as the first time. The wines are delicious and many suggestions for their use in cooking and cocktails were included in the dialogue. An absolute must on your wine tour!

I had heard several people rave about Silver Sage and wonder why their wines were not available in Alberta. When in the area, we made a point of checking out the winery. It was everything I had heard and more. Extremely good wines with a local, distinct taste. A Merlot like I have never had before. Lots of desert wines, made with both grapes and fruits. But it is the entertainment value that takes Silver Sage over the top. Great stories! They only produce 10,000 cases and only sell out of their retail store and to a few retailers in the area. A must stop for the wine lover!

This is not a winery in a traditional sense. These wines are different and each of them can be excellent base for a great cocktail. A slight correction to Elmotto1 - fun and informative lady is Roumanian. Very funny indeed. Even if you don't like wine, you will enjoy visiting Silver Sage, their beautiful garder, entertaining hostesses and, what they call "Bed and Booze" - their own Bed and Breakfast perfect for weddings or honeymoon.By all means try their hot peppered wine - excellent for Caesars. If you get the one that still has a pepper in, beware: it gets hotter once you open the bottle and don't drink it all right away.

The staff there have a presentation got each wine that is "tasteful" and entertaining! They specialize in dessert wine but do have a variety of others as well! A sage gerwertz and also a hot peppered that is quite wonderful!

We were lucky enough to arrive for Valentines customer appreciation day. These people were so welcoming. The Sommelier was a fun and informative Italian lady who gave out a lot of good informationThis winery is brave enough to try some quirky flavours and I applaud them for it.Well worth a visit

This is one of my favorite BC wineries to visit. Very Generous tastings (up to 15 varieties to try) by donation. Very knowledgeable and friendly owners and desk staff. Off the beaten path flavored wines (we just had their Sage flavored Gertz with Turkey). Dessert wines are amazingly flavorful and sweet. They have a Bed and Breakfast as well but I have never tried it. I will be back.

We try to visit every year early Dec and are never disappointed. The wine is excellent and they offer appies of great variety and wonderful taste. You always feel welcome and that your patronage is valued.

This winery was the last one we went to for the day and it was absolutely amazing! The wine is fabulous; but what made the experience one of a kind was the women working. They were hilarious and knew everything I asked about the wine. You could tell they truly love what they do! We went in the July and would go back in a heart beat! I recommend it for anyone! You will not be disappointed. I have even scouted our local stores that sell their wine. AND you can order online with free shipping within BC. It's wonderful :) A must go to if you are in the Oliver/Osoyoos area. Thank you so much Silver Sage for making my wine touring great!

I have taken friends and family here many times and have bought cases of their wine, I cannot say enough about the service, taste, class and atmosphere at this amazing place. The presentation was spectacular every time. Those gals crack me up!!!

In the Osoyoos valley there are many Wineries that are delight full and have a large selection of fine wines and good food. But if you are looking for that special bottle to bring home to your best friends, go to the Silver Sage. The Sage greets you with a delight full ride down a narrow road between the vines to a lovely rose garden. ( yes you may bring your own food and have lunch] In side a cool winery you will be offered a taste of several white and red wines that have won a number of medals both local and international. But at the end of the tasting they will offer you the --FLAME-- This is the most unique wine I have tasted in 70 years. I go 5 or 6 times every year to get it for my very best friends - and yes they will ship it to you once you get hooked

Not bad, very strong wines the raspberry one is sweet! It's nice wine, I enjoyed a bottle of "sunset" this morning! <3

I love this place but mostly for the presentation at the tasting, Anna does an excellent job and is very passionate of what she does, it's too bad the wines are just okay. I didn't like any of the reds, the Pearle was good as were a few whites including the Grand Sage Reserve.I hope to be back next year and have better luck with the wines as this is one tasting you shouldn't miss.

By far the best wine tasting experience from the moment you step foot onto the property!! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the scenery is picturesque with a pond, willow tree, gazebo underneath it and beautiful roses everywhere!! The staff are welcoming, fun, and friendly; they share recipes and stories that will make you giggle while you taste their line up of unique, creative, and delicious wines!! There isn't a Silver Sage wine I don't love!! I have had the opportunity to stay at the B&B; Anna is an amazing host and the rooms are gorgeous!! I recommend Silver Sage to everyone I know!! I look forward to my next visit!!~What happens at Silver Sage ~ Stays at Silver Sage!~ Cheers to Anna and her staff!!

If a wonderful property and a great luxury B&B not enough for you, then you might want to add to a great experience by booking your stay when Silver Sage Winery has one of their special events - dinner, wine and dancing is just a great (and romantic) evening. Make sure get a chance to hear Anna (owner and winemaker) talk about her wines - smart and entertaining while getting an education on winemaking! The wines are wonderful and a little different from other wines in this area - Anna does things with local fruit and berries that make her wines a real treat! Over all, just a really nice visit to a B&B with an enjoyably slightly different take on a winery tour with equally unique wines.
