A very nice spot and with good tea and biscuits on busier days. A nice restored farm-house and grounds right on the Fraser River.

I love tea at London Farm! The servers are friendly, the tea is special and they serve the best scones and jam, as well as homemade cookies. At around $12 per person for tea, it's great value and you can visit the house, too.

The fully restored 1880s London farm house is set in a park like acreage, with lovely flower and herb gardens, a barn, farm implements, and honey bee hives. A typical farm house of its size, it is filled with period furnishings from the 1880s to the 1930s.. Enjoy the gift shop, tea and home baked goodies, or one of the special events held on the lawns during the summer months.

Loved that the house contained so much from the time. Gardens were beautiful. The price was right - donation!

A lovely heritage farm house close to the Fraser River that is managed by the City of Richmond. LOvely grounds to wander in or have a picnic. High tea is served in the house on weekends and is lovely with scones and little sandwiches with tea in dainty china cups. You can also rent either the inside or grounds for special events as very reasonable cost.

A nice place to go for 'English Tea' complete with scones, biscuits, jams and fine china. It also sells preserves and chinaware so you can take home a memory or two. After 'tea' go for a walk around the house museam or across the rod on the dyke next to the Fraser river.A pleasant way to spend an afternoon :)

London Heritage Farm is a gem in Richmond/Steveston. The city park is surrounded by gardens to explore and has lots of open green space to run around, including a gazebo for weddings. The farm house is an interesting historical site and a lot of fun to visit! We sat in for tea with delicious baking and bought gifts from the shop including homemade jam, farm house souvenirs and fresh eggs from their own chickens! Sure worth a visit!

This is the place to go if you don't want to take a ferry and take tea at the Empress. Afternoon Tea here is served with fine bone china teacups and teapots, beautiful little silver spoons and sugar tongs and a view of an English Country Garden. It comes with scones and biscuits and costs about $8 as compared to about $60 at the Emp.Buy some London Lady Tea to take home after you relax in Victorian Gentility for a hour or so. The place has beeen maintained in its original decor and the family piano is still in the dining room. Explore the house and see how the pioneer families managed their day-to-day lives and get a feel for the hard working values that they represented. Not sure what the hours of operation are but we usually go in the summer on a weekend afternoon, you can phone ahead and book!Enjoy
