Came here stay overnight for business trip and only shop at Daiso for some countertop cleaning cloth which I had bought last year and wanted to replace it. Daiso is the largest Japanese dollar store with tons of household items. Inside this mall there are different kind of restaurants, Chinese, Japanese, Korean etc. Some clothing, cosmetic and cell phone stores. Since next week is Chinese New Year and there are some Chinese New Year decorations.

Having traveled many times to Hong Kong, Shanghai, Taiwan, Macau, Beijing, Changsha, Kuming, Xian, Sanya, Benxi, Shenyang, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and many other places. I was no impressed. I live in LA and used to live in Washington DC so I had high expectations for this talked about place. The food court was awesome and pricing was awesome but the shops were nothing special. It reminding me of shopping in Hong Kong with many American and International Brands or shopping in Guangzhou's newest Malls. Not worth the visit unless you have the fixing for some authenic food choices in one place i.e. hot pot and etc. It is located next to the train stop.

It's a fancy mall that has 3 levels. Nice food court with Chinese, Japanese and Korean food. The mall has a nice parkade under cover. It's connected to the skytrain so it's convenient. The best Asian mall in BC.

There is now a new building that is linked by internal corridors to the west side of Aberdeen Centre, such that visitors getting off Skytrain are literally steps from entering indoors and not being affected by the elements. For rainy days, which can span a week or more, Aberdeen Centre can now provide hours of mall walking, with a good variety of different types of ethnic eateries, from food court to more upscale dining. The fountain at central court is well maintained, with exhibition themes changing monthly, one can tell the mall management has put a lot of thought into keeping an upscale image , and not let it run down like other asian malls eslewhere in Canada. The shops are mostly of high quality, at least the decor. Daiso continues to be the anchor tenant and has arguably the most customer flow.Aberdeen is worth repeat visits if you prefer less hustle and buzzle.

Feels like one is in an asian country, the food court has cheaper food when compared to other malls. But there's just doesn't seem to be having a starbucks. (oh well)

Feels like Hong Kong, but much cleaner! Check out the food court there. Great food for a low price. The store there are "meh"

I personally love the mall. It has modern and beautiful decorations through out the year. The atmosphere is great. Really brings me back to when I was back in Taiwan.

Aberdeen Centre's store fronts comprise mostly of Chinese retailers, but that's understood given that Aberdeen Centre is located in Richmond's Chinatown. I particularly like NCIX (computers) located on the grade floor. My experience is that they follow up courteously with customer service both with my PC and lap top. Be certain to attend the 3rd floor to enjoy a snack or lunch in the food court. Street parking is metered while the parkade offers customer parking gratis. At the south end of the mall you'll discover a Korean market which has an excellent offering of Asian food stuffs.

Walked through the other note. This place is busy, has lots of choices in stores and food at the upstairs food court. It has working attached so you don't have to go out side to get to it. Aberdeen is a big he compact place with lots of variety.

Pretty much my only reason to drive out to Aberdeen Centre! My go-to place for cleaning supplies, stationary, home decor, Japanese snacks, Japanese utensils, pet stuff, tools, etc etc etc. Great food court upstairs as well and variety of Asian stores!

My son wanted to buy a hockey shirt. On the map this shopping centre was near to the hotel. It wasn't what we expected. It is an Asian shopping centre. Nearly all of the shops are Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese, Korean etc so don't go there expecting to see shops you normally find in the High St.Its definitely worth a visit.

This place is huge and has much to offer. If you like fine jewelry and grand pianos, this is the place to go. They also have an oriental grocery store with all the foods from that culture. Visit the Japanese dollar store if you get the chance. It's huge and spread over two floors. The offerings are like nothing you see in other dollar stores and the prices are great.

First of all, the design of this mall is very nice - it was done by renowned architect Bing Thom. It will be the best design of any mall you've seen - tons of natural light, curves so you can see large swaths of the mall from different vantage points. All the story cater to Asians - there is the great Japanese $2 store Daiso, a Korean supermarket and lots of very good restaurants. Love taking visitors here because it's a unique experience.
