We do understand that 30$ might seem a high price for a modification. Unlike what people might think, a modification involves more than 2 clicks on a computer. A massage therapist (who is paid by the massage) looses the chance to work and needs to be compensated for his time even if we haven't been able to re-sell the spot that has been reserved initially for you. When we are warned long enough in advance (even after the 24h), we can then book it to someone else and no fees are charged for the modification. This is why we have a 24h reservation policy that is explained in every e-mail confirmation.Thank you for your comment. Hopefully our explanation to you will be helpful to others as well. For unforeseen events, we offer the option to modify the date of your appointment charging only the administration fees instead of paying the full price of the treatment that was reserved for you. We want to sincerely apologize to our dear clientele. It was unfortunately an exceptionally cold day outside and we have suffered a major break in our principal hot water conduct. It deprived the showers of hot water and as a consequent, reduced the temperature in our spas. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and we ask the people who were affected by the results of this day to contact us in order to be credited -without fees- for another day in our baths.

Our customer service is also reputed to be professional and courtly. You can call our customer service to explain your experience with a supervisor who will analyse the situation you lived. SKYSPA prend donc les devants afin de faire respecter certaines règles de conduite et de code vestimentaire afin que tous les clients puissent profiter pleinement de leur expérience. Nous sommes désolés si certaines règles peuvent vous sembler sans fondement mais SKYSPA se doit de faire les meilleurs choix possible et d’intervenir lorsque nécessaire ou lors de la gestion de plaintes provenant de notre chère clientèle.Merci de votre compréhension. Merci de prendre le temps de nous faire parvenir vos commentaires. Il est en effet très facile de s'imaginer ailleur malgré la proximité avec la ville et les autoroutes. Facile d'accès, nous sommes l'endroit idéal pour une pause en milieu de semaine. Sachez que nos prix sont de 29$ à tous les soirs après 17h!
