Lyne giroux's products and service is amazing. Getting a facial. Microdermabrasion or massage is a must. Even my nail polish lasted more than a week. Just one thing though.... i find that while i was doing my nails there was these two crazy blond girls that were just blabbing at each other... Two workers just be obnoxious... lyne giroux is a spa. It should be nice and calming. Even while getting a hand massage. I do not want to hear the F word while im trying to relax and spend over 100$... anyways that's what made me put 4* instead of 5*

Many trained aestheticians ready to serve you. Pleasant surroundings with relaxing atmosphere. For a special treat, a gift card from here is always my first request. Cleanliness and customer safety rules are strictly enforced regarding instrument sterilization. I highly recommend.

They're usually very timely. Been mostly for waxing procedures andThey're always very professional. I like getting my nails done also. Very relaxing environment.

I've tried over 7 spa in the Quebec region and none are as good as this one. I travel about 300 km to get an afternoon here. Massages, pedicures, manucures, facials all services are great. Last times I was there, met a girl from Sherbrooke who says the same. This weekend went for a couple's message and my husband said, looks ok from the outside but ambiance is great. Quiet in the back although there is lots of people around up front. Want a place to have a chat with a girlfriend: pedicure and manucure. Have a coffee as they do your feet, it's relaxing.

My hubby and I have had a few couple's massages here over the past nine years; although we have never been disappointed, we haven't been blown away either. I believe this may partially be our own fault given that we don't voice our preferences while the massages are ongoing. The rooms are fairly quiet (you can here people talking), the music is nice, the tables are comfortable and the heated towels are a great touch. The service is professional. We will undoubtedly return in the future.

I've been going to Lyne Giroux 's spa for more than 25, if not 30 years. Lyne does my facial and they have the most amazing products. Esthéderm and Swissline. You will receive very good advice on exactly the right product for your skin type. Lyne does not do any hard sell but offers you very knowledgeable advice on what your skin requires. I have always found the staff very friendly and professional.

Had an amazing start to my holidays by having a spa day (Christmas gift being put to great use)! The girls I had were very professional and really good at what they did--Valerie, Morgan and Tiffany. Thank you so much! The customer service could be better though. It felt like the girls at the front desk were being put out--even some of the girls I saw that were providing the service. Would I go back-yes because the girls I had were great and good at what they did.

I have been to this spa on many occasions for massages and pedicures. There is one massage therapist who is very competent and I have been quite satisfied with her services.Recently, I had a pedicure with someone new and was not satisfied with the service I received considering the price I paid! When dealing with the customer service regarding this, they were quite unprofessional and defensive. I was not even aware that I was dealing with the manager over the phone as as she did not introduce herself. She offered no apology and basically said "I will call you back in a few days to let you know what we will do about the situation". This was just a very disappointing situation!

I have been going to Lynn Giroux since they first opened. It is clean and comfortable and friendly in a reserved fashion, which I attribute to respect for privacy. I have had most treatments and never leave dissatisfied. They are respectful,of your time and appointments are on time. Most of my girlfriends also are clients and a gift certificate from Lynn's is always well received!

I am going on a regular basis to this spa, the staff at the front desk is very upleaseant, booking an appointment it takes forever and often they call back to correct the mistakes, very unprofessional and not friendly at all... too bad, as the esteticians & massages are pretty good.You don't feel welcomed, it feels like you disturb them... anyway, hope customer service will improve, few of my friends stopped going,but i keep going for the quality of services ( waxing & massage).

I have been here many times, and have received different types of treatments. Whenever i get a facial, their make up artists are glad to help you with mineral makeup products so you never leave without looking your best. Massages, manicures and pedicures have never disappointed!

I have been to this spa at least ten times. It's a clean and nice spa. I go there cause i get gift certificates as a personal gift. The massage tables are heated which is quite pleasant and the rooms are dark and relaxing. What I like less at this spa is although I have been there so many times I find it in-personable, cold, and feel like nobody recognizes me and appreciate my business! It's too bad cause its one of the nicest spa's in the west island.

I have visited this place many times, and I'm not quite sure why i go back... Yes, my pedicures are pretty, and I love my fresh manicures. I have had a massage and it was fine. My problem is the snotty-ness of some of the "staff". Even the owner Lynn, who I have come to recognize barely cracks a smile. I think it could be a lot more fun if the staff were engaging and smiled once and a while.... we are going there to have fun and treat our selves, it's not a morgue....

We go for massages and we think the place is very nice but the massages are your average massage, you won't be wowed or disappointed.
