Vous faisiez partie d’un groupe corporatif invité par votre employeur avec qui des arrangements précis avaient été préalablement faits. L’entente était claire au fait que vous étiez pour recevoir un soin du visage (et non un soin esthétique) d’une plus courte durée afin que tous les membres de votre groupe puissent être accommodés. Notez aussi, qu’il a été bien difficile de respecter les temps de soin considérant que la plupart des gens de votre groupe sont arrivés en retard. J’espère sincèrement que vous aurez la délicatesse de remercier votre employeur pour sa générosité, tous les accès au spa, massages ou soins corporels vous ont été offerts. En terminant, je trouve dommage que vous ayez punis la technicienne de son pourboire …La direction

Alejandro,Our spa offers its facilities in different buildings like most of nordic spas. Our staff takes care of all our facilities by shoveling, putting salt or deicing for your safety. Our Bistro offers a variety of products, we are sorry that you didn’t enjoy it. Concerning the staff that attended you, you can be assured that a follow’up will be made. Gabrielle,We are sorry to read that you had a bad experience with one of our receptionist. The caterer at the Bistro offers 5 different type of sandwiches grilled like Panini’s, 4 cold salads and soup and various snacks. Good day Catherine D,We are pleased to see that you spent a nice moment at the spa and enjoyed the energizing experience of thermotherapy in the colorfull autumn scenery. Concerning the dry sauna and steam room that were not available. We open 2 of 3 dry saunas and 1 of 2 steam bath if we don't have more than 30 customers on the site. I'm sorry that no sign was there to explain it. We will make sure to remind it to our staff. Ofuro spa is truly an escape... the most Zen of spas... peaceful , relaxing... you will not be disappointed. The staff is so kind and helpful, always in a great mood ... special shout out to Mercedes she is a gem. My boyfriend and i have visited the spa a few times over the last 3 years and its always been perfect. Lots of relaxing areas, equipped with numerous saunas, hot and cold baths, steam rooms, lounging chairs.. simply amazing. It is very clean and they are always on top of thingg. They have 5 rooms to stay overnight and they are charming, if you have the chance to stay please take it you will not be disappointed. Close to other amenities in Saint Sauveur, not a far drive from Montreal and surroundings. Ofuro spa, the best of spas no doubt.

This would be my 3rd nordic spa experience, but my first at Ofuro. My husband and I went for a day at the spa. We started off with a couple's massage. It took place in a smaller building off the main building. While the massage was pleasant it would have been nice if the room was sound proof. I could hear the cars pass by on the side road. Good thing is they give you a receipt for the cost of the total package of massage and nordic bath for insurance purposes.The spa grounds are pretty big. There are a lot of places to sit and relax while not having to feel crowded. My favorite spot was the net hanging over the river. The pools, you can see are dated. They're in need of a new paint job. Otherwise, the rest of the place is very clean. They provide you with towels, a robe and a bottle of water. They have a small bistro where we got sandwiches for $7 each. They also have tea and fruits for free. Overall, I would go there again. But, also wouldn't be opposed to trying the others in the area.

Very hospitable staff, well kept grounds that were neat and clean, very charming architecture and decor. Clean and spacious changing rooms. Massages were great. Overall it was a great day.

Stayed over night in a room. Continental Breakfast and lunch included while have access to the baths two days. Four baths, two wet spas and two dry spas. A running stream to dunk yourself. Lots of great views of hill side scenery. Shows some signs of age, but don't let that deter you. Service was also very effecient and professional.

Ofuro is the best spa where you will find good equipement, plenty of space and beautiful environement. You will not be desapointed and the massage are good.

We had gone to spa Ofuro a few times before, but first time during the winter. We took a one night package ( which includes 2 day of spa) and breakfast. the room was very comfortable but not too private since we could hear other guests in the hallway.But we were so tired from our day and massage, we slept very well. Massages were great. i definitely will go back to Ofuro spa!

At first this place was not going to get a good review i had a very big problem which would have ruined our whole trip but the staff was friendly and fixed their mistake. The man who showed us around was very nice and the pools are very nice and nice decoration. One thing that would have been proper is i did call maybe a couple of hours before i arrived and asked the lady if its ok i came in a little earlier and she should have told me two of the pools were closed. Also there was some confusion with english to french and i was allowed access to the pools the whole day but there was a miscomunication and i was told only after 430 which sucked cus i basically could have spent the whole day in the hot baths. Anyways other than that they fixed the major other problem. Everyone was friendly and the massage was great. One of the best i ever had. Our room was extremely nice and clean. The bed very comfy and has a two person jacuzzi in the room very nice. The shower is huge and its nice that there is an ipod dock radio which i dont think was advertised but should be because i could have spent time making a romantic playlist. Overall great place the continetal breakfast was good too. We had a great time and very relaxed. The room is good for the groupon rate i got but the full price i would not pay that at all.

We had booked our little trip at the last minute. After we paid we decided to look at the reviews. When we did the reviews were 50/50. We were a little afraid, but we decided to go for it anyway! I'm glad we did. Some commented that the people where rude and didn't speak English. Which was not the case. They spoke decent English and where able to communicate fine. The room was nice. Homey. The shower was beautiful and bath tub as well. The grounds were clean but slippery. The tubs were warm and not over crowed, which was something we were afraid of. Mind you we went on a Monday. The food was healthy and simple. It's is a spa trying to promote health and wellness. They offered free fruit and water. The sandwiches looked nice and so did the salads. The breakfast was simple with an array of fruit, yogurt,croissants, jam and toast. Got to get up early enough to get something good to eat. Gilbert was very helpful in showing you the grounds. The only downfall was the loudness of the other people in the morning. We had to go into Mt. Saint Saveur for dinner. The only thing really open after eight on a Monday was St. Hubert's, Sushi and pizza. Which was fine. Everyone again was very friendly and spoke enough English. I'm glad we didn't run away after reading the reviews. I enjoyed my time!
