I when there on a Friday at the end of July, it was an hot day so there was a lot of people and buses with Camps... a lot of waiting especially from 12 PM to 5 PM. but if you arrive at the opening time and you leave at the closing time, its worth it, do more slide as you can in the morning and at the end of day, you wont wait or almost not. The slide are fun and there is a lot of different kind. Watch one of the big purple one ( the one in the middle) the extreme open we can call it. it hurt quite a bit the back...But will possibly go back next year..

Didn't want to pay much attention when I read about being wrongly charged on a credit card for booking tickets on line..... Well, I was charged, not once, but twice, for nothing!!! Now, I am having quite a hard time being reimbursed. And that clueless teenage not bothering to answer questions? Well, I met her too! Won't bother going there again.

park for a family with young children parking entrance is not really visible, so be careful when when there is a lot of vehicle. the entry price is still expensive for a park that offers only a few water slides. staff seems to lack training, do not ask them any questions you'll have only answers that will lead you to another staff member. the shoe-water are allowed in the water slide, with only tube if you are friends mainly this park is not really recommended

I just came back from a day at Super Aqua club, and we had a blast. Yes, the lines can get long on nice days, but the same thing happens at every single water park. The place is HUGE and there are plenty of things to do (water slides, beach, swimming in the wave pool, prattle boarding and so much more). Don't get scared off by the bad reviews!!!!!!

Super Aqua Club in Pointe Calumet is a great water park. I've been going every year for a long time. They always add new rides, and the upkeep and safety is very good. Busy on weekends, but always a blast!

I've actively been to allot of outdoor and indoor water parks with my kids. So this is a review from a seasoned slide park reviewer, not a happy first timer. First observation, this place is OLD (as in allot of slides are shut down and simply rotting away)... but it still has a huge array of functional slides available. Unfortunately, because it exists beside Montreal, these slides are blocked by 40-60 min lineups. The food is horrible as well as the service from young princess teenagers who roll there eyes every time you ask "Where's my order that I payed for 15 minutes ago?". Bring a pic-nick and save the stress. Did I mention you need to do 2 line ups to get a locker key? One to pay and one to receive. Great start to the day with impatient kids, especially after waiting an hour+ in traffic trying to get to the parking lot. Again the location isn't ideal being on the border of a small town in which you have to go through 3 or 4 lights to get to the parking. That's about as long as it would take you to drive to Calypso and have more chance of an awesome day with the family.

It has been a while since my last visit, about 10 years...pros:They got friendly staff, rides for all taste.Cons: bigger rides are separated in two location which takes almost 10 minutes to walk from spot to spot, overpriced food, like in every attraction park, however you can bring your own, some rides need you to be a party of 4 and most staff won't help you pair up with someone if you need an extra or two. Park would need some fresh paint and couple of cleaners walking around, you can find trash laying on the ground all around the park and on the walkways, pretty gross when walking barefoot all day, cigarette botchs everywhere even if there's designated smoking area with ashtray (btw i'm a smoker, and it disgusts me that smokers don't use the designated area)Overall, we still had fun but probably won't visit again for a while...

My wife went there on a Friday with our 3 kids. The park wasn't crowded, as it had closed the day before because of thunderstorms and there were risks as well that day.It all started very well, with 2 thrilling rides and almost no line to get there. Unfortunately at the 3rd one, my second daughter badly cut het lip. We ran to the first-aid post and they took care of her very well. Bad luck wasn't over. I felt faint seriously right outside the post, and it took me more than an hour and a half to recover.During that time, the whole team has been fantastic. One took my wife and injured daughter to the doctor outside the park, 2 including the Manager took care of me, and two gentle staff members took my first daughter and son for some rides. In the afternoon obviously we couldn't do anymore rides but we had some good moments. When we left we passed by the post to say thank you and goodbye. The kids were offered souvenir towels.I want to thank very much Rejean and his team for having taken care of us so well.

I went with my boyfriend and we both love this park! What sets this waterpark apart from many others is that it is located on a lake. Therefore, there is a beach, slides that fall in the lake, and other activities around. Also, there are all sorts of varied activities for people of all ages. I have been to other water parks such as Calypso and Mont-Cascades but I still find that Super Aqua Club is much better! There were no lineups on the day we went and it is cheaper (ex. the parking is free and the locker can be rented for the day instead of paying each time you open in). The only negative point that I find to this park is that there isn't enough tube rides for two. But overall, although this park is a bit older than some others, I loved it and I'd go back any time!

hurt myself, and they don't really care, they told me it was still safe... all they did was give me tickets to go back...

Although we were fearful to go after reading some of the reviews, we decided to go anyway. I'm glad we did. The park was not dirty. It was clean. It had extensive seating areas. It was not overly crowded. Most of all it kept the kids entertained for an entire day! There are all different level rides, big obstacle courses and swings into the lake. There is also a blow up that my daughter got hurt on. Some of the cement slides are also a bit dangerous. My husband got injured on one of those. I just don't think Canadians have the same sense of safety that American's do. And with that you have to use your own judgement. Even with these minor injuries, we had a great time. The park was deceptively large, with many areas for all different age groups.

Compared to some other water parks I've been too (Calypso comes to mind), Super Aqua Club is very outdated and not as fun. The entire park needs a paint job, and some grass, and their beach is basically a giant rock with sand on top. The only 2 ride I found worth it were the Tornade and Typhoon. The rest were very basic and never offered as much of a thrill as Calypso did. For the same price, drive the extra hour and a half to Calypso. It's definitely much more worth it!

I took the family & some friends to Super Aqua Club Thursday Aug 16th. We got their at 11am,I recommend being their even early. Don't take it for granted that cause your their on a weekday that it's any less crowded. People don't seem to work in Quebec. Not much to say really, some rides were closed, most were so-so, only 2 or 3 are only really exciting and usually the longest of lines. The park is really showing it's age, a coat of paint would go a long way in the spring time to make the rides look better.Bonuses are no parking fee's & you can bring a cooler with food and drinks, No glass bottles of any kind. Now my biggest gripe i could not get over the entire day, was the garbage. GARBAGE EVERYWHERE! People are pigs, that's just the way people are...and the place has garbage cans but you really have to have a janitor to go around and pick up the litter. They have plenty of life guards, which is great..but a few janitors to go around and pick up the trash & clean the bathrooms during the day would be a good idea.At one ride, while waiting in line we smelled garbage the entire time in line. The grounds are also fairly poor, you leave your flip-flops or sandals at the table to go on a ride and you step on rocks & a carpet of cigarette butts. That really put me off, I saw a few ashtray's about but they really need a smoking only zone. I would also like to see some security guards around, not many but some just to know that the stuff your leaving at your table is safe and so perhaps my kid won't sell someone smoking pot in the park. For the price you pay for admission seems like they can afford to update the park with some of my suggestions. I will not be going back.

First of all, let me just stay that this park has slides that are just plain unpleasant (many cement slides/saw many people injured or complaining of bad experiences after their ride) so if you are trying to choose between waterparks, you should opt for another. They have no way of communicating with each other like in most other waterparks (where one signals to the other that the coast is clear), they seem to just 'play it by ear' and they let people go down literally one after another right away which, if you do your research, can and has already caused bad accidents in waterparks. The main reason for my review is to warn people that the staff at Super aqua club (mostly the female staff) were rude, unfriendly, obnoxious and one in particular could have caused us harm and scared my daughter so bad she refused to do any more slides for the rest of the afternoon. We were getting into our double tube and she was hesitating a bit to sit down because she had just realized the steepness of the first drop so the (blonde) attendant (I wish she had a name tag because I would have filed a complaint!) came over to us and I thought she would reassure my daughter with a smile or a kind word, but INSTEAD SHE PUSHED US DOWN THE SLIDE WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS NOT YET EVEN PROPERLY SEATED AND NOT HOLDING ON TO BOTH HANDLES. She arrived at the bottom in tears and the 'lifeguard' at the bottom didn't even bother to ask if she was ok and when I told her what happened, she DIDN'T SAY A WORD to us, just grabbed our tube and handed it to someone waiting in line! This is aside from the fact that all day others would be impatient, unfriendly and I saw one female attendant TOTALLY ignore an english speaking gentleman who was smiling and telling her in he really enjoyed his ride. She had a 'death face' on and simply pointed to the exit. We had no problem with the male employees except one who rudely yelled at my teenage daughter who mistakenly took a child's tube from a pile saying: "IF I DIDN'T HAND YOU ONE OF THOSE, IT'S FOR A REASON!!!!". We will never return to this badly managed park and will advise anyone who visits to choose another one like Saint-Sauveur, village vacances Valcartier or Calypso. Guests having a great experience or safety are obviously not their primary concerns (making money is!) and other reviewers were right about garbage everywhere, disgusting bathrooms, overpriced food but the main problem is it's UNSAFE because the employees just don't give a damn!

Good infrastructure, BAD administration, they never clean the toilets!!!! And the weekends there is a lot of people, the toilets are discusting all the time. It's insane. Very bad food!!! bad quality and expensive. They make the money very easy.
