You can also fish in the summer in the pond. Super Victorian stone houses. Nice place to relax in the summer.

If you are in the area, this is a nice activity, especially around July when all the flowers have bloomed. I would not make a long trip, to come and visit. However, if you are not too far from Sherbrooke, these grounds are well worth the visit.

Beautiful garden, very lovely pond and fountain. It's quite a nice area to sit and read or do some outdoor yoga. It's large enough to be shut off from the surrounding streets and the sound of cars, so it makes for a peaceful park. All that said, there isn't anything to actually do here, and I don't recommend trying to drag the kids along and make it into a family activity.

This is one of the most beautiful place in Sherbrooke City. In summer the city botanical garden is open free. beautiful flowers all around, mature three and sculpture + is is relaxing with picnic tables. There is a little lake and the surrounding area is just most quiet in the old Sherbrooke city. In winter the little lake becomes a ice rink you....

The Domaine Howard park is a very nice park downtown Sherbrooke where you can enjoy a walk, visit the historical society of Sherbrooke, make a detour into our municipal garden (mini botanical garden). On Saturdays, you will see married couples taking picture before their wedding. Finally, there's even a lake where you can read in the summer or skate in the winter.

This is a small urban lake close to the historical "Old North" sector of Sherbrooke. You could walk in the neighborhood streets to admire the architecture of some of the patrimonial houses of Sherbrooke. The lake itself is small but surrounded by trees, flowers and a peaceful atmosphere. To take a break from the asphalt, the travelling, the traffic and have a nice picnic on the grass while reading a book or have the kids move a little before visiting more formal surroundings, this is worth the detour.

It’s the smallest park I would think but the nicest, even in winter time! If you want to take great pictures, that’s the place, especially weeding type.

Nice gardens to visit and beautiful historical buildings to view but only from the outside

Howard park is a wonderful piece of history especially if you have no prior knowledge of the area. There were tours of the Howard house, and the guides were very knowledgable. The signages and directions could have been a bit better. The music was great too! My children had fun exploring the house and the gardens. Food was available. Unfortunately, the toilet facilities were more than lacking for the crowd.
