Very interesting collection of local artifacts. Of special interest is the restored 12 sided barn and associated family history. The staff were very pleasant and informative.

very interesting history, looks like a man who was way beyond his time, found the DVD at the end very helpful and brought things up to date

A small museum on the side of the river, currently holding an art exhibition for an exceptional local artist named Diana Dyer. Regular exhibition includes war artifacts all the way back to the Boer war... Really interesting for a one hour visit.

This museum offers a great deal of interest to a Townshipper or an Anglo Quebecer. Who knew that area was a "hotbed" or revolution? There are interesting facts about the Loyalists that I never learnt in school and wonderful collection of "antique" objects - although I confess to having used some of those antiques! There are wonderful books about the area on sale there. There are 3 buildings to this museum and I was tired after going the extensive collection in one. We will make a return trip soon.
