我们住在大溪地洲际酒店的时候可以看到Otemanu山的美景,我们的水上屋景色美极了。我们入住的几天赶上天气多云,不过其余日子都是晴空万里。有几天还能看到彩虹横跨Otemanu山的壮景。山的形状很有趣,而且一片青峦叠嶂。我们离开度假村去参加出海体验,更近距离地欣赏火山的美景,每天的景色都会变换,每个角度的视野也不一样。

2013年4月的时候,我们参加了一个为期35天的南太平洋海上巡航团,乘坐的是威士丹哈尔号,而参观博拉博拉岛是其中的一部分。这次巡航真的是非常的棒,你可以看到欧特马努山的壮丽景色。上一次我来到博拉博拉岛已经是40年前的事了,而这里却并没有怎么变化。那时我还去过博拉博拉岛地中海俱乐部,现在这个俱乐部已经不存在了。

Beautiful from all angles around the lagoon. If you're a keen hiker I heard it is great but challenging.

Did the 4 wheel drive tour on the mount to see the view and the old military cannons from ww2. Fantastic drive heaps of bumps and it was raining which made it even more slippery. A great day out with competent drivers who deliver the best view of bora bora on tour

We did not get upto the Mountain, though it is possible to do it from Vaitape island. In Dec, due to heavy rains, it wasnt very feasible to get to the top of the mountain

Spectacular views of this mountain from all Bora Bora resorts!Be sure to take a land tour as well as a boat tour of the island!

The people here are extremely rude and if you take a day trip around it, be prepared to be chased by wild dogs and looked at like you are completely sabotaging the local community

The views are awesome, especially at sunset. We stayed at the St. Regis and dined at Lagoon restaurant. Our table was out on the deck and was perfect for a sunset dinner. After dark, the under deck lighting highlighted the many fish and a couple of stingrays swimming only a foot away!

The mountain provides so many photo opportunities. Whether it be Sunrise, Sunset, or during the day as it at times interacts with the clouds.

The mountain is itn the middle of the bora bora island, surrounded by a turquoise water. If you are flying to Bora bora you will see the mountain from everyplace.

You can see the mountain from different points of view throughout the crater but when the conditions are right it's very impressive to see the vapour condense on one side of the peak to form clouds and the opposite side is crystal clear.You can buy some drinks and something to eat at Te Maroto hotel in the crater.
