Enjoyed roses, tea and scones and car display. We were able to wander through the gardens at our own pace and stop to smell the roses. The car display had a lot of information about the displays and the history of some unique vehicles.

Our group of 13 mature ladies went on a very hot day. However, the large café and gift shop were air conditioned and the food and service was excellent. There is also a motor museum, and even outside on a hot day, there are shady trees to sit under in the extensive rose gardens which are just lovely. No wonder people have their weddings there.

Stopped by after houseboat week on the Murray. Great rose gardens; antique cars; very interesting sculptures for sale but skip the dining opportunity.

We recently had our wedding here - travelled from Adelaide and the place was amazing. Very well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. a fantastic venue with beautiful gardens. Frank the groundsman/allrounder is a star and deserves a HUGE thankyou as do all the staff. If you're looking for a day trip I recommend Renmark; just leave a good 3 hours to take in the gardens and the cars. Great food and drink in the cafe or take a picnic rug into the garden. If you are looking for a wedding venue then 100 times over I recommend rustons. a great venue, very accommodating staff and VERY resonably priced.Thankyou Rustons for a fantastic day; We certainly will not forget it and will definately be back.

You could easily spend 2 days wandering through this fantastic rose garden. And you won't go hungry as there is a great cafe on site.

We were travelling through Renmark and had been told not to miss Ruston's Roses. We were not disappointed. Very inexpensive entry and overt 50,000 rose bushes, many of which were still in bloom. October is the best month for roses so we were almost a month late but we were still delighted with the many acres of roses and other trees and shrubs. Mr Ruston, aged 92, still lives in the 100 yr old cottage surrounded by a beautiful cottage garden full of interesting trees, shrubs and flowers. He was also in his garden, blower vacuuming the leaves so we were able to have a little chat which was a special treat. They also have a lovely cafe and gift store with a small museum displaying a Zeta motor car which was made by Lightburns, SA. It was a car before its time - very economical to run and small like the smart cars of today. I thoroughly recommend this attraction to those visiting the area.

This is located close to the town and is obviously best when roses are in full flower. The lunch was great value for money and the local staff friendly and informative.

Lovely roses ...great food and service. The setting is just amazing and we enjoyed wandering around finding little secret parts of the garden

We would just like to thank all of the staff at Ruston's for such a wonderful time & atmosphere Saturday night at our Wedding reception at Ruston's! You were so well organised, the food was fantastic, & our special thanks indeed go to Frank, you went above & beyond what you needed to do, to help make our day so special! We recommend Ruston's to everyone, Jimmy, everyone was raving about the food, especially the pumpkin soup; Tajana & Amy, you both were very helpful with the planning stages of the reception, & also with setting up on the Friday! We had a wonderful time, & didn't need to think about a thing, as Frank, you had it covered! Our sincerest thanks for making our day so very special! Anyone who is considering getting married in Renmark should definitely check out Ruston's, the prices are reasonable, & everyone there was so fantastic & helpful! You could not ask for a better organised, well run place! Even just calling in for lunch, you will not be disappointed.

Being the Rose Festival in October we booked for lunch in the restaurant at Ruston's Roses. Being energenic I walked much of the huge gardens and climbed the lookout whilst the not so fit admired the historic cars, art and local produce on sale. Our meal was attractively presented and was enjoyed by all.

We spent two days roaming around the property. One of the best collection of old roses plus fields on fields of roses for cut flowers. The cafe is very good and the museum is nice as well. Well worth a visit if you love roses.

I'm sure it's Lovely when the roses are out - but not much more than a nice gift shop and cafe otherwise. Service was good, menu was limited but we all enjoyed what we had. This place is a local icon - nice but not great

Visiting these gardens and you will find a lovely gift shop, a small car collection and a coffee shop where you can see the roses while enjoying a chai latte or whatever you prefer. We paid the entry fee of $5.00 and thought it was well worth it. We were given a map to follow through the gardens - not sure if that is something that is always handed out or only as it is the Rose Festival here at the moment. The strong winds had taken the show from a few varieties but still a beautiful place. There is even a metal lookout you can climb to take photos from. We walked for more than an hour and still didn't see all the varieties, shapes, colours and fragrances. 27 acres of about 50.000 rose bushes made up of about 4,000 different varieties. Absolutely amazing and for me as a rose lover a must see when in Renmark. Easy access for disabled or wheel chairs.
