Sri Batik is a lovely little gift shop in the Plaza Arcade in Burnie Tasmania. The owner Gerda is as sweet as pie and loves to meet, greet and help visitors to Burnie. She has a lovely array of items for sale from clothing, gifts, jewellery to Incense and holders. She gift wraps each item beautifully for you and nothing is too much trouble for her or her equally as friendly daughter. I have been to Burnie at least three times over the last couple of years and without being too harsh,(there arent may shops that I every find something to purchase to bring home with me) thankfully Sri Batik is there, I've purchased items from Gerda or her daughter every time and feel like old friends as she always remembers Mum and I. You might have to ask someone where it is as it is hidden up the arcade but its worth finding.
