moo brew brewery tour

The brewery is in a relatively new location some distance from MONA. The original location was in the MONA museum. Staff went out of their way to transport me to the Brewery and back to MONA. Facilities are new, top-line, and clean. There were three others on the tour, creating a lively back and forth question/sharing experience. All the Brewery staff participated at some point. We were told that Moo Brew has great ingredients. The Pilsner is brewed to the strict standards and is a true lager. There are no preservatives and the beer is kept cold until it is served. It tastes wonderful.

We were staying at MONA and had booked a tour but there was some miscommunication and Moo Brew were not expecting us. This did not matter at all - Dave and his team did not miss a beat! We were welcomed in and given a great tour, information and of course beer tasting. Dave the brewer was knowledgeable and passionate about brewing, it was really worth the trip to Moo Brew.
