Absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend enough. Ramona is wonderful and the horses are just perfect. A must do!

We did the 1.5 hour trail ride on the 16th of February and had a great time. Being nervous first time riders Ramona and David did a great job keeping us calm and introducing us to our horses. You ride along a creek and go up a hill which had a beautiful view overlooking the country side. Ramona did a great job of repeating important instructions throughout the entire tour and was happy to lead us the entire time and offered to take those important happy snaps on our iPhone. My only small criticism is to have a better sign on the outside of the park as we had to do a double take to make sure we were at the right place. Also somewhere to maybe freshen up after the tour was over. We knew there was a bathroom in the house however didn't want to intrude. Some soap and a tap is all we need : )

I would highly recommend Pegasus Park to everyone, young or old, beginner or experienced riders. Beautiful, friendly people and horses to match. It's good to see such dedication and respect in a horse enterprise.I had a great time out on the beach, it was great to smell leather and sweaty horses again!Thank you Ramona and David, I will be seeing you again soon!

Even on a windy day riding a horse along that beautiful stretch of beach is invigorating. Coming from somewhere where a beach is not readily accessible this was an amazing experience. I was lucky enough to enjoy a private ride along the beach. We walked along the beach with the water licking at our hooves, stopping to take some photos before going for a nice relaxing canter. Then it was time to turn back but I didn't despair as I knew that we were just taking off the tack in order to go horse surfing. I have never experienced anything quite like going into the ocean on the back of a horse, it was thrilling to say the least! This was definitely something I will not forget as both the horse and Ramona were awesome. If you are in the area and love horses I would definitely recommend stopping and doing this for part of your day.

We've visited the Byron Bay area a number of times in the past few years and we've ridden at Pegasus Park every time. We've done beach and trail rides, both of which were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the bare back "horse surfing."As regular riders, we've also had lessons with Ramona. She is a first-class instructor and our riding improved from even just a few lessons. We regularly have classes in Hong Kong, which are fine, but it made a huge difference having new perspectives on our riding from someone as experienced and able as Ramona.We should also add that the horses are responsive and willing. They are obviously very well cared for and trained.

To ride a horse along a pristine stretch of the east coast of Australia rates as one of the most enjoyable things to do in this part of the world. Stopping for photos midway, we rode for an hour and a half through broken waves and along the beach, enjoying the warmth of the sun and the wind in our hair (although most of it was tucked under a riding helmet!). Returning back along the same stretch, we paused to watch dolphins surfing the waves - they, too, were making the most of the beautiful weather and fun company! Thank you, David and Ramona, we enjoyed your fine horses, your great riding tuition and your company!

This equestrian centre has very friendly staff. being experienced rider, i had a very good experience, very safe horses and ride. i highly recommend this tour to anyone, experienced or not, it's a wonderful time to share.

We recently went for a beach ride and it was great. In the waves was a wonderful experience with the horse. Highly recommend it. Exhilarating!

I booked a 2hour private beach ride with this company but unfortunately just did 1 1/2 hour because the guide was a bit sick (so couldn't go into the water). It was a fantastic experience to be back on a horse, enjoying the awesome weather with nice horses on a beach where there was nobody. I recommend this tour.
