We always take our visitors up North Brother to experience the magnificent view from the top. From one vantage point you can see all the way down to Forster and from the other the coast up to Port Macquarie.There is a launch platform for paragliders although we've never seen anyone take off. It's a great spot for a picnic and there are tables and chairs and toilets available.Apparently a mobile coffee provider is there during the weekend.

If you wish to view most of The Camden Haven from one great vantage spot then the lookout from North Brother is a must for you.

Very nice place for the whole family, beautiful viewpoint, and if you're lucky enough you can see parachuters taking off at the side of the mountain.

Fantastic views from the top of the mountain, looking towards the ocean is just beautiful. Great photo opportunity. Drive up is safe, you can take a picnic, watch the sun set.

It is a bit of drive up to it but definitely worth it, breathtaking ,you can view the entire area, good BBQ facilties

Easily one of the best views in the world for understanding a local topography and community. And you can even see a koala or two at the right time of year. Take a picnic!

Its a 5 km winding road and narrow but once you reach the top the view is spectacular. There are 2 lookouts - one faces north east and the other south and both offer spectacular photo opportunities. The only issue is that it is very poorly signposted so consult a map before setting out.

Just a must do for one of the most awesome views of the Camden Haven locality and river; a wider view from Port Macquarie down to Old Bar and beyond. It is approximatelt 480 metres above sea level and great at all times of the day and year.

If you visit port Macquarie... It is 'a must' to visit this lookout!! Here.. We can see beach, sea, lake, and town at this lookout. -Million dollar view! (Right in front of car park) -Have table/chairs for picnic -toilet -walking track for adventurer and nature lover

unfortunately there isn't a coffee shop here anymore as National Parks wouldn't renew the owners contract. shame. however the views are spectacular so its worth the drive up. take your thermos!

The scenery is stunning with two lookouts within 10 meters of the car park.It is worth the 15 minute drive off the high way to visit this stunning spot. Has picnic tables and toilets.

Incredible view, clean BBQs and picnic tables, steep climb up but you can drive. Short walking track on top.

The winding 5 km road takes you to the most glorious panoramic view of the area. It overlooks Laurieton and Dunbogen as well as all the surrounding area. You can see far to the north and far to the south. There are plenty of seats. We were reluctant to leave. Do not miss it!
