My girlfriend and I did this wonderful tour after I had found this gem on the internet. We did a canoe tour of about 3 hours thru the beautiful wetlands which is the property of Dennis.During the tour you can enjoy spotting several types of birds (black swans, kingfishers, etc) and Dennis will tell lots of information regarding the birds, plants and trees. It is very informative and very relaxing. Before and after the canoe tour he showed us around his farmland letting us taste and smell several wonderful fruits and plants. Also tasting the produce that they are selling is a treat! We had a great day, even one of the best of our road trip.

My husband and I were given a trip to tour the Valley of the Mist Bush Tucker Farm for our anniversary and both came away with enough information to talk about for several days..The Canoe Tour of the Wetlands had to be cancelled due to low water but we still spent a delightful 3 hours touring the farm, learning about the Australian Bush Tucker and enjoying a morning tea and tasting of Marilyns products she makes from their own fruit and herbs. Dennis is not only knowledgeable about the Bush and the Bush Tucker from both the aboriginal and European perspective but also sincere in his philosophy of protecting and living sustainable in our space. A most recommended visit.
