Nice beach, nice weather and beautiful area. I like this beach and visited many time. More clear water and enjoyed this beach from boat also.

Got there at 2pm, warm weather lovely breeze beautiful views of the sea with the whitest sands to walk along. Saw the sunset from a connecting beach.

This is a pristine holiday area boasts many beaches, all offering perfection,but for me i liked this white sanded beach with absolutely clear water. Its a cosy stretch of sand,only one km long with calm water and some excellent waves when the surf's up. Amenities are all here and dogs allowed off the leash between 4 pm and 8 am. Nice strolling beach

I spoil myself a couple of days a week by visiting Nelson Beach. Set yourself down on soft white sand, some days the navy are doing their exercises. It good to watch the frigates and helicopters in the distance. Plus I am lucky to spot a pod of dolphins just about every time I visit.Through the week the beach is extremely quiet with the odd walker with their dogs and the odd sunbather.At the car park there are BBQ, toilet and showers, picnic tables and playground equipment for the children. Native fauna everywhere.The best outlook view from the beach to Point Perpendicular, where you will probably see sailing and fishing boats in the distance, plus the Dolphin Watch boats

Our nearest beach, used by locals to walk their dogs. Sounds bad? No, the locals are friendly, if you are, and the dogs are very well-behaved. There's loads of wildlife and stunning sunrises and sunsets.

We stayed a short distance from this beach. Was fun watching all the dogs run about and swim in the evening. Good parking, grassy area nearby for picnics.

Our dog loved this beach! It's off leash for dogs after 4pm and it's great to have a run around up and down the awesome sand with the dog! The water was clean and the waves were small enough to have a safe swim in.

Пляжи Австралии вообще очень красивы, но на многих очень высокие волны - рай для серфинга! этот пляж очень протяженный, но узкий. В туристический сезон очень людно. Преимущество - нет акул. Видели как плескались дельфины))

Assim como Hyams Beach, Nelson Beach é mais um pedaço de paraíso. Uma praia quase deserta, com uma linda cor de água.

Praia maravilhosa, limpa, calma, tudo de bom! Não sei se dei muita sorte mas estava um dia perfeito. Apesar de feriado nacional (Austrália day) havia muito espaço, não tinha muita gente. Mar tranquilo e águas transparentes. Recomendo!

Мы ездили сюда не только на пляж, а на целую экскурсию из Сиднея, где полюбовались и на Нельсон Бэй, и на на красоты Северного побережья порта Стивенс. Порт Стивенс находится в полутора часах езды от Сиднея. Экскурсия очень понравилась. Это место хотя расположено и недалеко, разительно отличается от Сиднея. Тут можно наблюдать безупречные песчаные пляжи, покрытые золотистым песком, разнообразие заливов и множество национальных парков. Мы покатались на кораблике по заливу и реке Хавкeсбури, которая считается местом, выбираемым влюблёнными парами для лодочных прогулок. Посетили зоопарк: парк рептилий «Lost World of Reptile», где посмотрели на уникальных животных австралийской природы: утконосы, Тасманские Дьяволы, вомбаты, кенгуру, коалы и гигантские крокодилы. А после обеда нас привезли к песчаным дюнам Стоктон Бигхт, которые покрывают пространство более 2000 гектаров. Там мы катались на лыжах по песку, съезжали на специальных деревяшках с больших песчаных горок высотой до 40 метров – незабываемое впечатление! Этот вид спорта называется сэндбординг.Ну и конечно же сам пляж Nelson Beach - вода гораздо теплее чем в Сиднее и также чище.
