We like many tourist took the detour to this quaint village and were not disappointed. The ABC Cheese Factory was at the bottom of the main street and we could even hear bell birds which was a surprise. From inside the gift shop and tasting area you could look through large glass windows into the factory where they were bottling milk and you could see vats with cheese ready to be packaged. There was a range of honey, chutneys and other items to purchases. Plenty of flavours of ice cream and then there was - Cheese! Lots of varieties to sample and we enjoyed a number of flavours so purchased some to take home. Yes give this place a place on your list of things to see.

At the far end of Tilba Central Village you will find ABC Cheese. You will hear the bells birds before you enter - a real surprise.Through the glass windows you can see the local milk being bottled and at times, cheese being made. The samples of various cheeses were ample and we bought a few. (One can only buy so much when you are on a holiday). We visited three different cheese factories in one day! We found the staff friendly and helpful - well worth a visit.

A random road trip turned into a lovely day out and about discovering Tilba. The Cheese Factory was quaint and comfy. Sample tasting was a delight for the senses. A shame we couldnt see the cheese being made, but hopefully we can see it another day. Highly recommended!

Tilba cheese is great and the selection at the factory is huge. There are several cheeses to sample and the staff are very knowledgable about the cheeses. We bought several blues which were all very good. Also bought the local yogurt and smoked trout. Lovely place to visit in a lovely town.

If you're a cheese lover, like myself then you'll love it here! There is a flavor for everyone. My personal favorite is the smoked vintage, yummo. Check it out and allow a new cheese obsession to begin!

Despite Tilba being well-known for local produce and farmer's markets - we found that this place was one of few that offered a good range of local produce on the main street. Honey tasting and cheese tasting is great and the other dairy produce is from Tilba too. Watch out for some non-local preserves and gifts.

Tilba Tilba,a small village only 2 km from the famous Princess Highway is worse to visit. Not only the awesome cheese what is to find in the factory, it's all about the entire style of the village with many small coffee shops and bakeries. Handcrafting and Art Galleries are left and right the main street. Have a 2 hours stop and enjoy.

Not sure this was a visitor attraction rather it is a shop. You can look at cheese but you can also do this at your local supermarket. And actually one block of cheese looks like another (I have now found out).

We always make time to go into Central Tilba for our cheese when travelling from Melbourne to Sydney & back! Great cheese, lots of samples to try. There are also samples of chutneys, honey & jams.We were fortunate to be there when they released their first batch of Ricotta, and it was wonderful! The staff are so informative, and always so pleasant & friendly. We don't bother with Bega cheese factory now, as we found it sadly lacking in every way, whereas the ABC cheese factory is brilliant!
