Friendly staff, great local museum and surprisingly large. Good entry price. Great location, easy to park.

There is lots of pioneer exhibitions and historical memorabilia to see here at this museum. As like many historical institutions, this is entirely run by dedicated volunteers., so the $10 entry fee may seem steep, but it is for a good cause.Be aware it is only open 4 days a week from 9am- 3pm and is closed on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday.

This is a great little place for an hour or so, or longer if you want to read all the great information they have, staff were friendly so it's well worth a visit if you are in the area.

This museum is a social history museum & displays the the things once owned by the pioneers of the area once known as Landsborough Shire. It is a not for profit organisation run solely by volunteers. Well set out & wheelchair friendly. A must to see!
