Have been here once before again on the free bus only spent 2-3 hours there and I was done. Restrooms were very clean bus a little late but a state of the art bus. Shops if you are after one off shops you won't find it here. Give it a while for the development to be finished and give it a second look.

If you love shopping, this is the place for you! You can buy anything and everything here under the same roof! This shopping centre boosts the best designer shops, fabulous cafes and a great shopping atmosphere! You will need a full day to see and enjoy it all. Shop til you drop!

This is the second time I've been to Chadstone Shopping Centre. It has a variety of shops. The usual suspects and then of course, the not-so-usual suspects AKA Miu Miu, Prada, Gucci, Tiffany's, Ferragamo....u get my drift!! Can't wait to go back!!!

Chadstone is a vast shopping centre - supposedly the biggest in the Southern Hemisphere. There are hundreds of retailers including supermarkets, department stores, discounters, designer chains, as well as many specialists, a cinema complex, plus financial services like the banks and two food courts. There is even an Apple store - perhaps the new high point in retail sophistication. Needless to say it is very popular with the punters. If you are prone to get lost in massive shopping centres, enter at your own risk. That goes for the vast carpark, too. (Though a preliminary challenge is getting a parking spot in the first place.)Not really my sort of place, so am in no rush to return. Serves as an excellent reality check if you think the age of rampant consumerism is somehow on the wane.

Visitor or local, just put a trip out to Chadstone very high on your list . We caught the FREE bus shuttle, it's black and white , near new ,from Federation Square . I think the locals call it 'Chaddie' . Allow yourself plenty of time, The bus returns back each hour during the afternoon . We met two of the drivers, most informative people .

This mall is huge and has almost everything - supermarkets, restaurants, banks, post office, upmarket shopping and even medical facilities. Parking is free. Some of the layout is a bit confusing, but becomes familiar after a few visits.

Dropped in here for lunch and never realized how big this shopping complex really is.. Many shops even high end (Chanel etc)..Think they are in the process of expanding again.. Food was great..

Everything you need in the one place. Everything from high end to cheap clothing. The parking is free. Don't bother with boxing day sales unless you get there before 8am

Big shopping centre when lots of good stores. Can get busy at times, but is usually ok. Parking is free & Parks have coloured lights above them to tell you if and where a free park is (Red is occupied and Green is free park).

Biggest shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere - what more is there to love. So much to see, but didn't get to see it all. Only covered shops I had never seen before - Koko Black for afternoon tea and Muji - awesome new Japanese shop - only one in the country! Quirky little shop opposite with the most unusual things - loved it!

This is a spectacularly large shopping centre. I was very impressed with the shopping at Chadstone. It is enormous. Lots of expensive specialty designer stores. Some items on sale. It had at least three food court areas. David Jones and Meyer department stores. I was impressed.

It was our first visit to Melbourne so naturally I Google'd for attractions that we could visit while there. Victoria Markets, Melbourne CBD and then up popped Chadstone Shopping Centre, apparently the biggest centre of its type in Australia and possibly the Southern hemisphere, now that got the wife's attention more than anything else. To put this into perspective for you, most of the larger Westfields you may know are in the area of 130,000 to 160,000 sq metres, Chadstone is a whopping 221,000 sq metres. It is not difficult to get lost in this place as you start to explore some of the secondary corridors off the main concourse which is Huge (notice I use a capital H).It is located about 30 minutes drive from the Melbourne CBD, parking was relatively easy but we were visiting on a weekday, I would anticipate it is every man or woman for themselves on weekends. Guys, if you are brave enough, or like me have no choice just let the other half roam to their hearts delight. There are plenty of places to rest with various chairs and lounges sprinkled throughout for exhausted husbands, tip here, pick a comfy lounge at least four or five shops downstream so you get at least 30 minutes of rest before you have to move again to follow in the wake of the feeding frenzy they call retail therapy. If there is a shop you can think of it is here somewhere and many you never knew even existed. When it comes time for meals you are spoilt for choice with various food halls, cafes and restaurants. Reserve a full day for Chadstone or 'Chaddy' as the locals call it, you will need it, it is well worth the experience and will earn you big points with the other half :)PS: For movie buffs, the review title is a paraphrase from which Movie ?
