kaluna park

A lovely park dominated by giant red gums. The real treasure is accessed from the levee bank at the southern end of the grassed area. Walk west along the path on the bank to reach the entrance to the bush area. This leads to a lovely walk beside the King River just before it meets the Ovens River. You walk among giant trees and quiet waters. Lots of bird life and the drone of cicadas at this time of year.
