We'd had a very bad experience at a nearby winery and were looking forward to something at least a little better. We called first and the man on the phone was polite and helpful...a good start.We weren't expecting much but were happy to see the nice view and then we tasted the wine. They had 6 to taste we loved all of them. I highly recommend this stopover if you're travelling south and want a taste.

As total novices we found Brian a delight to speak with. He made it easy for my wife to choose what she liked. We left with several bottles and will be ordering more when we run out.Keep a special eye out for the welcoming committee, a wonderful old dog who loves a pat.

Host Brian is excellent value person to chat to, with a very positive attitude that will help the venture to succeed and prosper. And the Cab Sav was a delight and given another two to three years of cellaring should be truly a superb wine.
