The quality and excellence in craftsmanship of the pieces displayed was extraordinary. This isn't just wood-turning and wooden bowls … it's pure artistry. From furniture and wine racks to impossibly intricate decorative pieces, we loved it all. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and most amiable, answering questions and offering insight into the pieces, the art, the processes and the native woods. Don't miss the metal sculpture of Ned Kelly, infamous Australian bushranger, in the shed near the car park.

This is definitely quality work, with some amazingly intricate pieces on display as well as the more mundane household items. The major craftsman dominates but has several other artists featured, including some very nice watercolours. Several furniture items also available for those with deep pockets or just a love of beautiful things to be enjoyed & remembered - dining suites & wine racks predominantly.Worth a browse even if only to inhale the wonderful wood & oil aromas.

Some of the best quality woodcrafts I've seen were on display and for sale at Wood Works. Many contributors made for a great variety of styles, focusing mainly on the use of West Australian timbers. The proprietors Dean and Jackie were both very friendly and helpful. The gallery was extensive and modern with pieces beautifully arranged & displayed. I was disappointed that the Denmark Visitors Centre staff did not direct me to this gallery when I asked them about woodcrafts displays in the area. We found it more by chance. Would love to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone interested in high quality woodcrafts.
