这里不是成熟的海滨浴场，没有阳伞，没有淋浴，只有白沙、黑礁、蜥蜴、大鸟。在一望无际的荒原深处竟然有这样一个地方。海滩的入口在一个小山上，晚上5点前必须赶回到入口处登记出海滩。从入口步行约3公里才能到达海滩。强烈建议不要穿人字拖哈。实在是太远了。这三公里陪伴你的只有恐怖的荆棘、奇怪的仙人掌树、好多好多的小蜥蜴，以及一条羊肠小路。。。沙滩很好。一粒粗沙都没有。超级舒服。适合冲浪。很原始。未经雕琢。值得去。

Well one of the best beaches ever... White soft sand... crystal clear blue water... waves you can surf on... marine iguanas swimming around... baby sharks playing in the surf and mangroves...It's a bit of a walk to get there... especially in the heat, but it's a nicely paved path and it's heaven when you arrive.Go to the end of the beach where the lagoon is... it's amazing! You will want to spend a whole day here.Watch out for the trees though, many of them are poisonous... but they have signs and rangers telling you which ones to stay away from.

It is a very nice beach, but mostly for pictures and walking around. It is not very good for swimming. The lagoon which is intended for swimming is nice, but too murky for snorkeling.

wonderful large beach. Quite the walk to get there 39 mins on the board walk with some small amount of stopping to take pictures, then 20 mins along the beach to get to the end with the quiet water for swimming. The beach is so large it doesn't feel crowded. There are some mangrove trees near the end you can lie under to get out of the sun. The water was warm and there were lots of marine iguanas walking down the beach. We also saw a bunch of ghost crabs on our walk back but despite the name no Tortugas (turtles)

You must take the hike and go to see this beach! The path to the beach seems long, but it is worth it when you finally see the sand and water. You will be greeted by marine iguanas and red crabs along with lots of different birds. The first beach is for surfing, head to the far right and you will get to the protected lagoon area which is very calm. Remember to bring plenty of water and understand there is no bathroom or changing facilities.

This is a beautiful, white sand beach with lots of animals to see once you get to it. You do have to walk quite a ways on a rock and boardwalk path to get there, but it's worth it. We brought a picnic and tiny birds jumped right into our lap to pick up crumbs. The views are beautiful, the water is aquamarine and the iguanas are everywhere. Make the hike!

It may take 40 mins but the beaches in Tortuga bay are spectacular. The first beach is picturesque but quite rough and is full of surfers but if walk the 10 minutes along the beach you will be greeted by marine iguanas and another beach that is completely calm and feels very different (and is almost as if you are on another Island). If you are feeling lazy then the is a boat back at 5pm PS Be sure to take plenty of water!

Long walk in the heat on easy, paved path - bring water!! Jungle-like along the way. No place to change into suit. Saw Blue Footed Boobies up close. Worth the hike.

Wow this beach is one of the nicest beaches I have ever seen. It's really lovely. It takes about 30minutes to walk there along the paved path. We walked fast as we came later in the day and it took us about 20 minutes. We brought some food and had a picnic there which I would recommend. We saw lots of marine iguanas on the beach, crabs and a white tipped shark. You walk down the beach for 15minutes and reach a little cove area where you can snorkel and there's another beach too. We didn't swim but it would be a great place for swimming and surfing too. It's so quiet and beautiful

A long (abt 45 min) but comfortable walk on a smoothly paved path through a unique, jungle like terrain, where birds and lizards of different colors welcome you, leads to 2 beaches each of them with its own beauty and possibility. The unfolding view of the first beach and its virgin white sand, sunbathing iguanas and the surf is only surpassed by the next lagoon beach. Where this beach offers surfing and splashing it does not offer any shade. In between the beaches there is a very small water pond surrounded by large black lava rocks and ideal for parents with small children since it is somewhat shallow probably no more than four feet deep and has some mangroves providing a little shade. On the way to the next large beach you will pass the nesting site for marine iguanas and a jungle area full of cacti and volcanic rocks. You can walk to this area to take the boat back to town if you choose to take the water route back. Last trip back is at 5 pm since the beach areas close at 6 pm. Strictly enforced rule. The other beach is a gem, clean white sand and many nice shady areas. You can sunbathe or relax under the trees. It is very quiet with the exception of the Darwin finches that chirp and like to visit with the folks. No food or drinking water is available so you have to bring your own. No toilets or dressing areas but there are wooden poles where you can hang your belongings. None of the animals feel threatened probably because it is absolutely forbidden to touch or feed them. The water is clear so you can see small fish and an occasional small shark swimming around but it will not bother you. Also, for a minimal sum you can rent a kayak or canoe to navigate and investigate the mangroves that border the lagoons. Larger sharks can also be observed in deeper waters.

Fabulous place to spend a day at the beach in one of the more remote places on earth, the Galapagos Islands!

There are two types of beaches in this place. One like a lagoon, excellent to relax and the other for surfing. Both spectacular!

White sand and many iguanas to welcome us!!! We went there twice, we loved it. One of the nicest attractions of Santa Cruz.

Definitely take the water taxi from the harbor in Puerto Ayora ($10 USD per person one way) to and from this gorgeous beach. One side is calm and swimmable. The other side is rough water and not good for swimming but truly, exquisitely beautiful. Sea iguanas are on both sides. The sun is STRONG. Sunscreen necessary no matter how tanned you think you are.

Brilliant blue waters, marine iguanas sunning themselves, and lots of hidden gems await. Be sure to have water for your hike to the beach and I recommend wearing something other than flimsy sandals for the walk. Sunscreen. Sunscreen. And, oh yes, sunscreen! Also take time to find the cactus forest. You can walk above the shoreline next to it and see blue-footed boobies hanging out in the rocks. Very serene.
