Nice consistent beginner waves. Nice to walk around as well with a drink from one of the drink carts and a skewer. loved watching the Capoeira close to sunset as well.

Clean, warm and calm water. What else do you need? You could easily spend a whole day at this little beach and not regret it. Beautiful and very pleasant.

its a very special place, very small town, with not much to do but all its just TOO SPECIAL. Kind of surreal place. Super nice beach. The local people are very kind and u can leave your camera and things while going to swim and nothing happened. The dunes are huge (the biggest ive seen), the sunset is unique. If you are looking for a paradise place, I mean a real paradise, this is the place.

Stunning scenery, can be very windy, which is great for kite and windsurfing. A great variety of sand colours makes for a great view.

This is a place for surfing so if you think of sitting and relaxing on the beach and rest this is not the place for you. The wind is too strong making it hard to enjoy the beach. The view of th beach itself is very nice

Great view of the sunset, great place for wind surf, great beach overall. You can spend a whole day there, or five.

This beach has an awesome landscape, different from all others I've visited in Maceio, Porto Seguro, Porto de Galinhas, etc. The place is very windy, so it's perfect for kite and wind surf. Sea is ok for swiming, but the best places to relax in the water are the lakes, mainly Lagoa do Paraíso (Paradise Lake), this one is far better than others. There are no good places for diving. There are two main rides. A shorter one to to Pedra Furada (Pierced Stone) & Lagoa do Paraíso. I suggest doing this one with a buggy ride. We've paid 180 BRL in the ride only (no meals, etc). The long one is great by renting an ATV, by 280 BRL. You'll ride almost 80km in total, and I assure it's great fun and easy to drive. Just take care with the wind and sand in your face when coming back (it will be against you). Suggest wearing sunglasses to protect your eyes. Sensitive people might want something to protect entire face in strong wind.Sunset is usually great. You can see it from the top of a sand dune close to the village. You can look directly to the sun, very nice to take pictures. Again, protect your camera due to wind & sand. The charm of the village is that there's no asphalt, just sand. Rustic but very beautiful.

I went to Jeri as a solo backpacker because everyone told me is the best place to go in Brazil. First is not for budget travelers it is quite expansive. The town is very beautiful the beach is nice but is very windy and at night everyone dressed up and going for a dinner. I did enjoyed but not what I expected ...

The beach has a magnificent scenery with the sand dunes. The beach itself is only more or less. Too many fishing boats in the way and you have to be careful not to step in an anchor. Nice to seat down and take a drink in the local bars.

We spent more than seven hours at this beach, it was just gorgeous! We are a beach lovers family, my son practiced standup paddle and widsurf there...we swam, watched him doing sports and saw the most wonderful sunset! Go and stay!

It's a great spot for swimming, with a fantastic landscape, especially in the afternoon and evening. But be careful, especially with children because there is "transit" of buggys, police cars, carriages, etc on the sand, and this may cause some inconvenience. There are some hotels and restaurants that have luaus with concerts by the sea at night.

Am a beach lover. I work on the beach, I live on the beach, I spend 100% of my time on the beach. And well, I can certainly say that the beach of Jeri is certainly not a beach that will make you want to go for a swim. Water is dark, sand is dark, overall it looks quite unattractive and boring. The real selling point of Jeri is not the beach, it's the natural park around it.

As a beach it is nothing above average but it has all the necessarily facilities behind it, quite a few things to do (fishing, kite surfing, beach volley etc). It is safe though we heard one couple got their back bag stolen there in one day.
