We did a half-day winery trip with Viva Tours which was a lot of fun, and very informative. Our guide Carolina was lovely and spoke excellent English. She was able to answer all our questions and clearly knew a great deal about the local wine industry. We enjoyed the Bolivian wine a lot, and the Singani is good too - much softer than Pisco! Definitely worth picking up a bottle at Casa Real!

This is a nice place for a short(ish) visit. We were in and out in about 1 hours. They gave us a nice tour of the factory, and you get to the real factory, not a visitor centre. Depending on what is going on, and the time of the year you will see different things.the end of the tour is a taste of their famous drink, and an option to buy some bottles, but there is no pressure to drink or buy if you do not want to.

Visiting Casa Real, the place where they manufacture Singani, is a unique experience. The tour is well run and you get to sample the Singani which is even better.

Als je Tarija bezoekt, kun je een van de vele wijntours maken. Casa Real is wellicht de grootste in Tarija. Ik heb de tour gedaan en ik vond het zeer interessant. Er werd veel uitgelegd en de proeverij was zeer geslaagd. Na de tijd kon je nog exclusieve wijnen kopen die alleen in deze winkel te koop waren. Wil je iets aparts meenemen uit Bolivia dan is de Singani een geschikt drankje. Ik heb het in mijn tijd in Bolivia veelvuldig gedronken.Ik vind dat je voor de tour veel krijgt voor weinig geld. Zeer tevreden.

La visita muy bien organizada, el personal tiene muy buen trato hacia el visitante, lo mejor de todo... la degustación al final del tour. Sin duda volveré para visitarlos

El paseo por la planta industrial perfectamente organizada, y las explicaciones del personal resultan muy entretenidas, ademas ver los inmensos viñedos perderse de vista en el horizonte es un recuerdo invaluable.
