With a group tour of approximately 30 people, we visited the Monastery of Aghia Pelagia, 14 September 2014. We visited the tiny room of Aghia Pelagia, saw the stone bed and stone pillow she slept on, which I did not understand what the reason was behind it. In the candle lighting area, there was a glass case of her skull; again did not understand the need to have it there and where was the rest of her bones......but most of all, we did not find the nuns of the monastery to be at all friendly!

Didn't actually get in because I was wearing short trousers and the nuns weren't really happy about it. My wife visited it and said it was really nice (and next time I should wear long trousers). NB: ladies too should wear dresses/skirts.

Ingresso gratuito. Davanti all'ingresso si vendono ogni tipo di erbe.
