paxos oasissub

I am a certified PADI open water with around 30 dives performed around the world. Last summer we were sailing and landed in Paxos where we decided to spend a few nights. We met Angelo by chance and he was extremely gentle and efficient (he helped us finding an apartment because we decided not to sail for a while). I took advantage to dive with him ("seal coves" and "submarine rocks"). The experience was really great! Wonderful sites! Angelo is very meticulous and the equipment is practically new. If you are an experienced diver and want someone who can give you some great diving in Paxos then look no further that Angelos at Oasis Sub. The dive centre is just that, a dive centre, no frills just a good a professional operation with excellent equipment and a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Angelos knows all the best dive sites on the island and operates a big fast hard boat which is comfortable in the choppy conditions often experienced on the West coast of the Island.I can honestly say the moment we turned off the lights on a cave dive and enjoyed the fantastic view towards the entrance, was one of the highlights of my diving experiences so far.Highly recommended.

Angelos is a meticulous dive master with a fantastic repertoire of amazing dives around the beautiful island of Paxos. Cave dives on the Wild West coast were stunning. Incredibly clear water. We saw lots of marine life including hermit crabs, moray eels, octopus, bream, red snapper and grouper. Well worth it!

If you're looking to do some diving in Paxos then you absolutely have to go and see Angelos at his dive centre – Oasi Sub in Lakka! Not only does he have the best diving facilities on the island but he’s the most experienced instructor (a bonus when you're a novice like me!) and he expertly helped me through my PADI Open Water course. During my stay on the island I met a number of people who come back year after year to dive around Paxos and who specifically use this Dive Centre which i always think is a great sign. It's is also based in one of the most picturesque bays in Paxos with a number of great restaurants and bars overlooking the crystal clear sea. I can’t recommend this dive centre highly enough and will definitely be going back to see Angelos at Oasi-Sub when I next visit Paxos!

If you have the opportunity to try scuba diving in Paxos, go to Paxos OasisSub! The two instructors we had were fantastic! Went there with my husband and our 10 year old son and had a fantastic time! Would recommend it to everyone :-)!

OasisSub centre de plongée à Lakka sur l'île de Paxos en Grèce.Merveilleuse île pour la plongée découverte essentiellement dans les grottes mais aussi sur sites très poissonneux.Le centre OasisSub est dirigé par Angelo qui adore son métier pour faire découvrir de magnifique plongée mais aussi et surtout pour partager sa passion, la plongée. Angelo est un instructeur hors paire, faire avec lui ses premiers pas en plongée c'est s'assurer d'une future passion. En effet la sécurité et la mise en confiance sont un des atouts mis en avant lors des plongées et apprentissage avec Angelo, moniteur et propriétaire du centre. Personnellement j'ai débuté la plongée il y a plus de 10 ans avec Angelo lorsqu'il travaillait à Corfou. Depuis, chacune de mes étapes que je considère comme difficile pour moi, je les fais avec Angelo et cela me pousse de plus en plus loin Grace à cette confiance avec mon instructeur et aux merveilles qu'il fait découvrir à ses plongeurs.Donc un seul conseil venez plonger avec OasiSub à Paxos avec Angelo.Mon fils lui-même débute avec mon moniteur et il est passionné de plongée et per cool dans l'eau.

Dopo oltre 15 anni di immersioni fatte in giro per mezzo mondo, ho trovato in questo piccolo Diving una passione per il proprio lavoro e l'attenzione per il cliente assolutamente fuori dal comune. Anghelos, titolare del diving è un sub estremamente preparato, ottima la barca come tutto il servizio e le attrezzature disponibili, con gruppi di sub sempre contenuti (max 6) per godere al meglio il tuffo. A Paxos le immersioni sono prevalentemente in grotta, (i siti di immersioni sono tanti) immersioni non certo semplici, specie se effettuate con con altri sub aventi livelli di preparazione molto diversi fra loro. Complimenti ad Anghelos che è sempre riuscito a gestire al meglio le cose. Unico neo, nonostante un'acqua cristallina e incontaminata, con una visibilità anche di 30 metri, l'assenza di pesce fa veramente male. Io ero venuto a Paxos 18 anni fa, facevo apnea, ogni tuffo sembrava di essere in un acquario con tanti pesci, oggi vedere un mare così sfruttato dalla pesca incontrollata fa male davvero.
