We booked a 2-hour ride just on chance, finding this company by using google. It turned out to be a good luck shot. The owner, Sally, was very friendly and helpful, as well as very professional. A nice place, good gear (in perfect order) and last but not least, good and well-kept horses. A beautfilful ride (and we are spoiled with good surroundings at home), horses well trained and easy to tide, the guide for the day (Amanda) truly professional. We had a good day and if we ever come to Korfu again, we will most certainly go back for more.We can truly recommend this place.

I had never been on a horse before at 52 years old but noticed Trailriders on Trip Advisor so emailed and booked service was excellent they picked me up from my hotel, half chaps and boots were provided .Had a really pleasant ride in the hills though not sure what Katie the horse made of my rising trot! no scary moments terrific confidence giving horse whole experience highly recomended

What a wonderful morning trekking through the olive groves in the Corfù Hills. Sally and her team are both professional and friendly giving expert tuition for all abilities and ages, the horses are extremely well looked after, calm and friendly especially Katie who I rode who is gorgeous.... Sally has everything you need on site, from hats, boots, jodhpurs and even socks!!! the views on the 2 hour trek are spectacular and on return complimentary drinks are offered in the garden area where you can sit and chat with other riders, a super day out for friends or families, I shall for sure return on my next visit to the beautiful Corfù....Thankyou and Well done Sally 5 Stars!!!!

This was the first experience for my partner riding a horse. He loved it. Sally was fabulous. The horses are very calm and the trekking through the olive groves and the village is lovely. I couldn't fault the stables and the horses are very well looked after. Definitely recommend it.

Wonderful way to see the countryside. We were picked up on time and the staff was amazing. The horses were so gentle and sweet. Would definitely do it again! Saw many things we normally would not have seen.

My husband and I went riding today, I rode Katie and he rode Tyson. I swear the scenery is lovely, the people excellent at explaining and helping.. but man.. Katie thought it was snack time, a lot *lol*I would recommend this place to any and everyone looking to see the area from a new set of eyes.Love Gina and Peter

A great experience is available with Trailriders in Ano Korakiana near the resort of Dassia on the island of Corfu. A 2 hour trek up through the olive groves (amazingly cool on a hot day) to the old village on the most beautiful, calm & friendly horses with expert tuition & all riding gear provided at no extra cost. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Great value for money. Complimentary drinks available back at the stables. An experience not to be missed - without a doubt the most memorable day of our holiday.

This was a great experience and the staff were very knowledgeable. All of the equipment was supplied and it was very good value for money. Recommended for all ages and riding experience. Drinks we're including in the price. Sally picked us up and took us home afterwards.

My husband and I went to Gouvia (Corfu) in July 2014, and chose to ride at Trainlriders nearby (only a ten minute drive from our hotel). We are both fairly experienced riders so were happy to walk, trot, and canter.The owner (Sally) came to collect us from our hotel in the morning, and dropped us off after the ride. As we were experienced riders, we were placed on a separate ride to the rest of the group which was good to have that distinction as then everyone is at the same/similar level. Although we had already bought jodhpurs etc with us, we were offered boots, chaps, and hard hats and I must say, all of which were in excellent condition. We were also very impressed at the state of the tack, with some of it being better than we have seen in the UK at times!! Of course the horses were all very well kept and looked after which is obviously paramount to any rider. Our lead rider was a lady called Amanda, and she was so lovely and friendly. We ended up learning a lot about the island from just from speaking with her!! She made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The ride was excellent and taking in the beautiful scenery really made it something special. Also, Amanda was quite happy to take photos so we would definitely recommend taking a camera with you. We loved it so much, we ended up going a further two times whilst on holiday (including on our anniversary!!)After each ride, we were offered refreshments and a chance to un-tack the horses and give them treats for doing such a good job, which was a nice touch.The only thing we would say is to book early, as the stables get very busy and the only reason we were lucky enough to ride so many times, was that my husband booked our first ride over the internet before going on holiday and as soon as we finished our first ride, we rebooked.This was definitely one of the best riding experiences we have been on and would highly recommend it to anyone, whatever the ability. For us, it made our holiday and made our anniversary a very memorable one indeed!!

Excellent location for two hour trek thro corfu hills and valleys all staff courteous and knowledgeable ably managed by Sally completely child friendly all the kits there for no extra cost in including shoes jodhpurs etc excellent value for money fantastic morning activity would definitely recommend

This has been overall the best thing I've experienced in the Island, I've been taken by Sally and her team to the real paradise, with wonderful horses, black labradors, cats and naughty gooses, all and above now I understand why people at Trailriders Horse Trekking are so kind and treat you as a friend, not as another customer. They live in amazing conditions, they're always smiling since they do what they love to do - they speak about horses with such affection. I was deeply impressed by this attitude. I strongly recommend to all the folks coming to Kerkira to visit this extraordinary place and spend a couple of hours for an incredible promenade through the most picturesque areas of the island.Special compliments go to Amanda and Cathy, who diligently carried me through the bushes without complaining.Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience Dima

I have never been horse riding before and was recommended to Sally's by one of the locals in Paleokastritsa. It was fantastic, we were picked up and brought back to our hotel at no extra cost. Sally and staff were very attentive and understanding of the fact I was slightly nervous. We had so much fun the views and trekk were worth every penny. The price was excellent value. I would highly reccomend Sally's you would not regret it.

I booked in the village in Gouvia. I was picked up from the hotel by Sally and taken to the stables.. Sally and her staff are so friendly and welcoming you are put at ease straight away as they kit you out for the ride. We went on the trek through fields and country lanes, the scenery was fantastic. I would recommend this trek if you want to do something different, whether you have ridden before or not, they are so helpful and reassuring, as I had not ridden for 30yrs During the ride we stopped so we could have our photographs taken which was great..At the end of the ride they give you a handful of fruit to give your horse as a treat, then Sally gives you a choice of drinks so you can sit and talk to the other riders that were on the trek before driving you back to your hotel the whole experience was fantastic

During our holiday we made a fantastic trip with realy nice horses! It was a great route with spectaculair views. Sally and her crew take good care of the horses. We loved the trip so much, that we booked a second trip. We enjoyed this second trip as much as the first one!

I booked this online before i went on holiday in July 2014 and I would suggest to others to book it this way. Sally agreed to pick us up from our nearby hotel and take us to the stables. When we arrived everyone was friendly and welcoming and got us the equipment we needed (hats, trousers, boots) so there was no need to panic if you did'nt pack these things with you.I was with my mum and dad who had never rode before and the horses were great for them to ride. We were taken out in a group by ourselves and a guide . We were encouraged to try trotting on the horse which everyone enjoyed, however you were not made to feel that you had to. We were given water to have throughout the ride and our guide stopped us to take some photos of us on the horse.The ride was beautiful and enjoyable and for nearly 2 hours it was well worth the price.After the ride we were given a choice of refreshment and got to feed the horses. We were taken back to our hotel but were not made to feel rushed.A great day out and something different to do whilst in Corfu.
