We toured this winery as a side visit during a wine study trip to Cinque Terre. It was well-worth the small diversion. The family has a deep commitment to the land, the traditions and the native grape biodiversity. Debora, with perfect English, guided us expertly through the winery grounds, the museum, the laboratory of liqueur, the cellars, and into the tasting room. The wine grapes used included the familiar Vermentino and Albarola, and rare and unusual Massaretta, Pollera Nera, and Vermentino Nero. Standout wines were the Cavagino (2013) from old vine Vermentino, Numero Chiuso (2009), the savoury Niccolò V, and the wildly complex Horae (2010). Outstanding in every way. Oh, almost forgot to mention, the local bread, cheeses and salume were delicious.

We stopped by the Cantine Lunae late one afternoon for a wine tasting and light appetizers. The grounds and gardens are charming, a nice mix of new construction with an old feeling. The small museum does a good job explaining the history of wine-making in the area, with antique equipment and photos, and is well worth the time. The restaurant itself is atmospheric with dark wood and a country Italian feel. Every wine they brought out was delicious and all are for sale. Their food shop was filled with local products, all enticing, but my favorite was the sweet focaccia, fragrant with dried fruit and pine nuts (which is also what they served with the dessert wine.)

If you spend some days in the area, you definitively should take a couple of hours to visit Cantina Lunae. It is a very nice place. They have a small museum with old items used to make wine, and after the visit you can try the different wines they produce... we couldnt avoid to buy the nectar! a great sweet white wine!!

I first had Lunae wine at a restaurant in the castle town Vezzano Ligure. I ordered the house red, at a half carafe for 3 Euros. It was so perfectly smooth, silken, even tempered... not to mention delightfully cheap, I had to find out more. It turns out this was Lunae's Auxo wine, which you can find at the vineyard for 6.5 Euros/bottle. It's made for drinking in the shortly after purchase, and with wine this good, it's hard to wait. Lunae has more complex wines, like it's Niccolo V, Riserva, which is a bountifully round, rich red with low tannins, and great blackberry and cherry notes that will age well for at least 10 years, if you wish it. But for an everyday wine, and one that you will never get tired of, Auxo is it. It's made an impression on everyone I've served it to, and I tend to describe it as "drinkable silk". The staff is quite friendly and accommodating. Lunae has two facilities in the same vicinity, and advertized the wrong one online as its location for visitors (Via Bozzi 63... this is their bottling center), but after showing up there, the staff realized the mistake from their website, and drove me over to their retail villa (Via Palvotrisia, 2). There are several staff members who speak enough English to recall the intricate details of their wines to customers. The cantina is a traditionally decorated place, and they sell a number of goods besides wine, from olive oil, to jams and spreads, to two local versions of limoncello. None of it disappoints. Visiting the winery is fairly easy, but you must plan to do so in the morning, for like many Italian retail businesses, they close at 1300. The cantina is about 30 minutes by car from La Spezia, and a little over an hour by bus. If you do take the bus, I recommend using Google Maps to plan to route. It's very easy once you have a hang of it, but if it's your first time heading out there, it pays to have some assistance in knowing where to get on/off the bus.

Beautiful building, wide range of wines and other products.Good wines.. hard to leave without buying anything.Staff were friendly and helpful, casual but very well informed.

Mercoledì ho assaggiato al Pontile di Lido di Camaiore un bicchiere di vermentino di Luni, meno secco dei soliti, tant'é che non l'ho riconosciuto ed ho chiesto conferma che non si fossero sbagliati. Non sono un enologo, ma mi é piaciuto moltissimo. Ho chiesto chi fosse il produttore e mi é stata mostrata l'etichetta. Cantina Bosoni "Lunae", a venti minuti d'auto da casa. Nelle enoteche viareggine non l'ho trovato per cui domenica mattina sono andato dal Bosoni. Bellissima sorpresa! Locali fascinosi sistemati con gusto estremo, personale gentilissimo, preparato e molto disponibile come difficilmente si trova da queste parti della costa. Sapevo cosa volevo, ma dopo vari assaggi, interrotti dopo i primi cinque perché erano le 11 di mattina, sono tornato a casa con dei cartoni di etichetta nera, grigia con un gusto molto vicino a quello della nera, però con un costo inferiore del 30%, ed un rosé che mi ha ricordato i miei amati rosé della Corsica e, per finire un buon vino rosso sfuso da pasto quotidiano. Andateci, anche se non comprerete, difficilmente però uscirete a mani vuote, sarete felici per aver visitato un posto così.

Vini di alta qualità, svariati prodotti locali eccellenti. Location curata in modo certosino e grande professionalità del personale nel consigliare i clienti.

La migliore cantina mai visitata. Una chicca della Liguria. Il personale è gentile e ti accoglie con il sorriso. Il vino è ottimo specialmente il famosissimo "etichetta nera". Se passate in zona vale la pena una visita.

La cantina ora è addobbata ad un tema natalizio, ogni cesto ha qualcosa di particolare, i prodotti sono di ottima qualità, dal dolce al salato dai vini all'olio, prodotti raffinati e selezionati, c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta , provate il torrone!! Straordinario, marmellate dai gusti insoliti... Vi assicuro qui tutto ciò che si assaggia colpirà il vostro palato. Inoltre si può degustare vini etichettati pregiati .Il personale che lavora alla cantina è molto disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente, trovando le migliori soluzioni.Complimenti a chi a realizzato e continua a collaborare per rendere cosi meravigliosa questa cantina.

Conosco questa azienda vinicola da molti anni e vendo anche parte dei suoi prodotti.Concordo con le scorse recensioni per quanto riguarda il marketing fantastico e curato nei dettagli,il vino è buono,ma molto aromatizzato e se si beve qualche bicchiere di troppo il giorno dopo si ha un pó di mal di testa,comunque i vini che ha fanno bella figura in tavola con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo,molto apprezzati dal sottoscritto Vermentino e San giovese(Auxo).Recentemente sono stato nella tenuta di Bosoni per la classica festa annuale del vino,pagando 5 euro ti viene dato un calice e puoi fare la degustazione di tutti i vini,il cibo è diventato a pagamento nel corso degli anni giustamente per l'enorme affluenza di gente che viene in questo giorno,ma secondo me almeno i clienti di ristoranti e bar dovrebbero rimanere esclusi dai costi(almeno il calice di vetro)comunque a casa sua ognuno è libero di fare come vuole;-).Nell'insieme vale la pena visitarla e assaggiare una loro bottiglia.

Bosoni si è saputo imporre con una potente campagna di marketing e dei prodotti di ottima qualita nel mercato nazionale e internazionale. Da visitare

La migliore cantina tra le tante che ho visitato. Cortesia, qualità del vino e prezzi al pubblico sono eccellenti La peggiore ? Sella e Mosca.

un personaggio " fuori come un balcone fiorito!!!" vulcanico nn è sufficente. sempre agitato, lo conosco dai tempi del vecchio posto (forse 15 o 20 anni fa..) ne ha fatta di strada , tanta e bene. una buonissima pubblicita a dio bacco.....nn è che se scaviamo lo troviamo tra i suoi ascendenti???

Provate a visitare le cantine dell'azienda Lunae Bosoni di Ortonovo. (La visita con degustazione si fa a Castelnuovo Magra vicinissimo a Sarzana).Che favola. Veramente molto bella. Ti accompagnano per 2 ore nei vari laboratori, nel giardino,ti fanno visitare il museo, le sale per la vendita e le degustazioni, ecc ecc.E poi GRAN FINALE con degustazione vini accompagnato da focaccia e tagliere di salumi.Insomma grande accoglienza e gentilezza. Bravi e Grazie.Mi raccomando lettori ricordiamoci di acquistare qualche bottiglia di vino. Ne vale la pena.Tino

Vini molto cari, e non di buona qualità.. Con lo stesso prezzo si acquistano vini molto migliori.. Molto scarsa anche l accoglienza. Nn credo di ritornarci e di consigliare questo posto
