nothing more to spend a little time before you take the bus for San Marino....You have 60' to spend here? Is perfect to see all the center of this town and nothing more....Some days specially Christmas and days like this there is area with free market to find some local products and souvenirs or antiques...Take the bus (front of main train station) and go to San Marino. The bus is n.72 and tickets collecting from the tourist office left of the train station exit...

Rimini beach ...I hate it ...but the old town is a different story. Small streets with nice shops, a lot of historic monuments from roman time and good restaurants at reasonable prices.If you go to this region you must visit the old town and forget for & day at least this beach attraction.

Rimini appears to be very much a Family place/ resort with many activities for family’s =lilos, Bowls, table tennis, go karts etc to name a few. The beach itself is dirty sand, no surf, and very safe with activities often exercises while in the water. Toilets changing sheds readily available.

To be that is this story from old time whille one traveler searching inspiration for journy with a memory significan from time when is waching films clasic.Well,for this reason been there but after is opening very greath possibilty for the hollyday.Rimini is the large city on adriatic coust of Italy.Many others places with title for egsample :Viserba,Catolica,Riccone is in this town.Center is like a others italian city with square,cherche,ect but Rimini is cach by coust.And there on the one corner park wich name is "Park Federico Fellini and Guliete Massima",from here names of streets is on titly movie like :Dolce vita,8 1/2,Amarcord.Yes,"Amarcord"is from 1973 years and acording in Rimini,at this time somewere very so far.Now this is near center where coud be for the some times with pleassure.

Rimini It is located on the Adriatic Sea, on the coast between the rivers Marecchia (the ancient Ariminus) and Ausa (ancient Aprusa). It is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Europe, thanks to its 15 kilometers .From Bologna Airport u need transfer to Rimini (130 km ),Train, bus or rent a car .I will recommend the car bcz u can visit other city's and is cheap ,around 170 EUROfor 7 days (depends on car type).This is perhaps the most touristy place I have seen in my life. The long avenue is Rimini's artery of tourism (together with the Lungomare and the Viale Regina Elena) with hundreds of HOTELS, clubs, restaurants and shops. Here, you can buy the usual stuff like souvenirs and postcards, but also clothing, including all kind of real and replica soccer shirts.Food is relatively inexpensive and if you go with the local specialty, the piadina, you can stuff yourself for only several euros a meal. Piadina is a thin flat-bread that they fill with a variety of meats and cheeses, or even sweet versions like Nutella.One particular aspect of the Rimini cuisine is a popular ritual followed when preparing fish soup, the same as when it used to be cooked on the boats, with a thick tomato sauce, strongly flavored with vinegar and blackened with pepper. The dishes are good. I liked tuna very much. The staff are very polite and nice people. Beautiful center with lots of shops, bars and restaurants! It is nice to see Rimini, which is very croudy furing summer, and slippy and slowly in winter)I like it...

Rimini also boasts many great restaurants and an energetic nightlife.

If you love beaches come here just cross via laggo and you are there. Lots of cafes, restaurants, and small shops. Unfortunately nothing really demands your attention except the beach. The people are very friendly.

I was in Rimini as a student many years ago. I must admit that I was a bit disappointed on my first day when I went sightseeing the centre of Rimini..There is not much to see there..Nothing to remember...sad but true..The only thing I remember is a long street near the sea called Lungo mare with many shops, hotels, pubs and night clubs ...

Very nice place for shopping, chilling out. But remember about fiesta! During thie period no shops are open. If you want better shopping, better go to Riccione..

Rimini is a lovely City, full of history.A great shopping centre, lively bars, nice beach and fantastic architecture.

Loved it! Hire a car, number 1tip, there are so many beautiful places to visit close by, take a picnic and go to San Leo, voted into the top ten beautiful towns in Italy. Rimini it's fantastic but it was nice to see other places as well but if you don't want to drive and just have a beach holiday then fine because Rimini is set up for that brilliantly. We are a couple but if you have a family and don't mind spending a bit more money on a quality holiday then it will be ok for the kids as well, but stay near the main beach area. Loved it and would go back again...

Short holiday and it was at Rimini. Many hotels and shops closed, but it was ok. Not too much crowd and no lines.Food and service was chearful, happy and even weather was over +20.Sea and surroundings lively and nice.

We went there four times with our kids it's a wonderful place for the all family,we loved the beach and there is long street full of restaurants ,shops and video games and there is many places you can visit around Rimini like Sanmarino and many them&water parks .
