Wooden toy is not common nowadays, but it is quait creative. This płace is good for knowledge about prosuction of wooden toyes. But for children is mainly shop. And the whole story about production is just for suport selling toyes. Good for buying, not for sightseaing.

We visited the factory and museum one Monday in February and it was a very interesting experience. First, we learnt the history of the production of wooden toys in the factory (we identified) many toys we and our parents played with when we/they were children and then a young smiling lady enabled us to pass through the factory explaining us how the toys are produced from the beginning (wood) to the end (toy). Her speech was well-adapted to the very young audience (children) who was very interested in the various machines and procedures. At the end of the visit she mentionned that our children could make some wooden toys for themselves in the workshop. For a price of 40 Czk we had a bag of colorful wooden pieces (certainly having been eliminated from the production as substandard) and a cup of glue. My son spent next 2 hours by connecting the pieces with the glue making fantastic toys and he was not all alone in the workshop - it was full of children! A cosy coffee shop next to the workshop allowed us to take a quick basic lunch (only cold food and drinks). The factory shop offers all the products the factory produces for a direct sale (not those it produces p.e. for Ravensburger and others).
