Fantastic place to see monkeys in a way you have never seen before. Unique in France, and great day out in a great location.

We visited as a family ages ranging through from 2-68 years. It was a lovely April day which meant we took our time, ate our picnic lunch enjoying the ambience whilst the youngsters played in the free play areas. It was a first time visit although we had heard others say how "great a day out" it was we were not sure if we could enjoy simply monkeys. Without exception we really enjoyed the experience & found that we had spent 6 hours there. There are such a variety to see, some roaming free, some in enclosures. They do have the habit of being great entertainers and there are always some putting on a show. I think its the ones that are free that makes the visit. The park itself is sufficiently large that you never feel crowded. Lots of paths and trees offering plenty of opportunities to patiently wait for that photo opportunity of a monkey in a natural environment. Don't miss one of the feeding times when you will also learn a lot. This is also a preservation/research centre. There is not a lot more to say other than pick a dry day to fully enjoy, go, you will not be disappointed.

I took my mother and 3 year old daughter for a day visit here. It was a well thought out attraction with plenty to see. There wasnt many visitors as it wasnt peak season however the whole park. The signs and all literature was in several languages and all staff were helpful and able to assist with my broken french!

My parents took me here with the rest of my siblings. We all had a fantastic time. You get up close with a lot of different species. We even had the amazing experience of running under the trees when the rain started to realize the lemurs were doing the same, so people and monkeys were all huddling under the same trees to wait out the shower. Unforgettable day out!

Visted in early November (towards the very end of the season) with grandchildren and had a really good day. The kids loved it, and so did I. Being late in the year there weren't many other visitors so as we walked through the various enclosures it was easy to see everything and spend as long as we wished at each location.Plenty of information available both on signboards and from the staff during the feeding times.Excellent day out I thoroughly recommend this place.

This is a unique place, a wonderful park where you walk amongst the monkeys getting up close and personal. The bigger ones like the apes and chimps are kept away from visitors but you still get a very good look at them. There are many feeding times during the day where you can watch and learn more about them. A really lovely day out.

I was not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. There are lots of different primates in the park, some of which are kept in viewing enclosures and others are free to run around with you. The signs are informative and the feeding times are well worth looking out for. Lots of photo opportunities and due to the size of the park there is plenty of room to move around without it being overcrowded. We brought food with us which was much cheaper than buying food in the park.

Lovely Park - Great fun had by all the family - really nice how the monkeys walked around you. Lots of photo opportunities. Kids were really happy. Food not great - best bring a packed lunch.

A great day out for everyone - lots to see and can easily spend a full day here. Lovely to see the monkeys roaming free in a natural environment and not confined to cages!

We visited the Vallee des Singes as a family, including with a one year old, and had a super day! The animals have huge enclosures and masses of space to roam, and are clearly happy and well-tended, there is a fab little enclosure with baby goats, chickens and geese which our little one loved, and the staff are welcoming, helpful and very well informed. Highly recommended for a day out with a family!

Amazing day walking around a park with monkeys swinging g through the trees around you. Amazing gorillas, chimps, banobos on islands able to roam and be natural. A must visit.

Second visit in the last few years. Always a great day. The animals are first priority and that's clear in their enclosures which are huge ... or non-existent, quite common to have a squirrel monkey or a ring tail lemur come and sit next to you. Tends to get very busy but it is a huge place so doesn't seem crowded as long as you keep away from the enclosures at feeding time.

This is the place to go if you like monkeys. In particular the small monkeys like lemurs or squirrel monkeys are free and jumps all around you. My two daughters (3 and 5 years old) was enthusiastic.

A wonderful days outing, especially for families. Easy walking between the different areas and feeding times for the various exhibits are well advertised. We visited during school holidays and there were a lot of people there but crowds were only a problem at lunch time. Suggest that you take your own picnic lunch during school holidays, as queue for lunch took a long time. Some monkeys and the lemurs are not confined but wander across the paths and in the trees above people's heads. Especially exciting for children! Well stocked shop for souvenirs.
