I've visited this iconic building in a great location (Cardiff Bay) many times and I've seen some great shows over the years. The auditorium is fantastic, the staff are very helpful and friendly . There's plenty of free entertainment going on in the foyer , nice eating places and small shops. Something for everyone.

I went to see Edward Scissorhands with my family for my sisters birthday. Our group varied in age from 16 to 74, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We have seen many musicals and Matthew Bourne ballets at the Theatre. We are so lucky to have it so close :)

Visited to see Edward Scissorhands. A great show, amazing dancers, costumes and sets. A very entertaining evening for all ages. This is such a beautiful building, inside and out. A building that will never be outdated. The seating was first class, arranged so that everyone had a good view of the stage, everything seems to be well thought out, from plenty of toilets for the Ladies, good spaces for pre theatre drinks to two areas where you can get food. We used the parking voucher offered when buying tickets and this worked really well. A wonderful place to see any show.

Lovely spacious centre with lots going on. Architecturally fab. We went to see the Welsh National Orchestra, performing a great concert for International Womens Day, recorded live for Radio 3. Amazing!

Visited to see Edward scissor hands. Everything about our visit was excellent. Beautiful building and fantastic show. Seating is very good. Lots of places to sit and have a drink before the show. Everything spotlessly clean. Can't wait for our next visit.

What an amazing place - Edward scissor hands was fabulous - tearjearkingly moving and amazing costumes/dancers. great location, fab seating, always tidy and clean. toilets are well maintained and plenty of them. drinks and ice cream are expensive, but possibly no more than other similar resorts. Its in an ideal location for transport, views and eateries. Staff are friendly, the usher on our floor was very helpful and asked if we enjoyed show and had a chat - thankyou! The only issue we had was that the bar staff and ticket server gave us the wrong directions to our seating within the building, but this was soon resolved by a helpful lady selling programmes. Fab shows come here and I would recommend it to everyone as a 'must see' when visiting Cardiff!

This theatre is so comfortable; plenty of leg room, good raking and views, easy to move around. We parked in the nearby Pierhead Street Carpark, which costs £4 all day at the weekend. There are many eating places just minutes away from the theatre, but we did book a table in advance and were pleased we had as the whole area was very busy. So easy, convenient parking and a wide variety of restaurants, all located in the same area as the theatre. It all helped make the visit very enjoyable. The opera was great too!

Edward scissorhands was a very impressive production. Fantastic costumes and brilliant choreography, it was totally captivating from start to finish. It was also my first visit the Millenium centre - what a great place!

Comfortable theatre in a state-of-the-art building. The staff are friendly and helpful, the seats are comfortable and the acoustics are spot-on. A great place to see a show or concert.

Went to see Al Murray at CMC and have to say great show and a really nice venue. Easy to find, park ( cheaper if you book in advance ) and the staff were very helpful. You are never that far from the stage as opposed to other venues I have been to and it all made for a great evening.

The theatre in the Millennium Centre is superb. Every seat has a good view of the stage, the seats are comfortable and the acoustic very good. I have been several times for productions of Welsh National Opera. Any opera lover should make a point of going there, as the quality is as good as anywhere (including ROH) and the prices are reasonable. There are always interesting events in the Centre, often live music in the foyers, a good shop and cafes. Definitely worth a visit to this interesting and beautiful modern building.

Cardiff is indeed fortunate in having such a wonderful facility - a modern opera house 20% the cost of London, super 'Friends' service, free live music, great free family activities, one decent cafe and shop. Very welcoming staff and highly deserving of their 'most friendly attraction' award.

I adore going to shows in the Wales Millenium Centre. I love the auditorium with all the wood. There's plenty of leg room and the seats are comfortable. The facilities a first rate and there is always something on.I often go to the ballet and the West End shows are fab. The last show I saw was Lion King and it was fantastic.

Have visited this Theatre many times, and have always really enjoyed every experience. It is in a fabulous location, namely Cardiff Bay, and the shows are first class. Last one was to see The Lion King - WOW, absolutely fantastic, and the acoustics were fantastic. There is also a café there where you can have a coffee & cake, or a bar if that is more in your line.
